I made one.I will make more in shaa Allah.
I know you already know this but i am reminding you again

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Nothing afflicts a Muslim of hardship, nor illness, nor anxiety, nor sorrow, nor harm, nor distress, nor even the pricking of a thorn, but that Allah will expiate his sins by it.

Try to remain calm and it will pass in shaa Allah

Ibn Abaas narrates that the Messenger of Allah, may the mercy and peace of Allah be upon him, used to say at the time of distress:

“There is no God but Allah, the majestic, the tolerant. There is no God but Allah, the lord of the great throne. There is no God but Allah, the lord of the heavens and the lord of the earth, and the lord of the noble throne.”

(Narrated by al-Bukhari in the chapter of invocations, Hadith 6346)

Aoa. Life is nothing but a test, an illusion as said in the Quran. Things can get really rough and tough sometimes. I have been suffering from a problem for 7 years now, and I can't seem to escape. Once I had solemn faith in dua,and Allah's love for His slaves. Over the years the trust in dua,and Allah's love waned to a zero. Only a year or two ago,did I come to my senses and realised that we can't be this cruel to ourselves. I do dua, while the devil keeps messing with my head, telling me it won't happen. I have people tell me that the dua would not be accepted because 7 years ago I made a decision, while everyone kept saying me not to do so, i took a leap of faith and went my way. I did dua then, i am doing dua now. I am in an utterly confused state of mind. That is how i cam across this platform, while looking for answers. This evening i saw your question and started to think, how we are all suffering one way or the other. As far as dua is concerned, my friend, we need to do it ourselves. The state of mind is what determines the acceptance of our dua. If you do dua yourself, you will be emotionally invested. I wil do dua. But I am really confused about doing dua. When? how? where? I have read every hadith, every tafseer, every lecture multiple times, but no answer seems to help me. I will still do dua for you

When?
Anytime.

how?
Sitting, standing, or lying on your side.

"Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire. (al-Imran: 191)

There are additional etiquettes that are more ideal when making dua, but dua can be said anytime, anyplace, in any way that you want or need with very few, obvious exceptions that I am sure you know already such as making dua for haram or for cutting family ties. Also, keep your head down in humility and don't look up to the sky like some people do.

You can make dua while lying in bed, while walking/driving to the store. While doing anything.

Just make dua and let shaitan go to hell along with his waswas.

JazakAllah hu khayr for advices.Im in a terrible situation.

I have been struck with horrible illness, waswas, humiliation inside outside ,feelings of azzaab , mental torture, then giving up everything. My repute is I fear, our problems with living luxury, beauty done with & in the end,I get dreams of gladtidings,Alhamdulilah he Ranbil Aalameen?

I feel like getting married but I'm unable to find decent guy,I got to look for myself & I fear haram as I cannot go through anymore. Was having dreams of someone but he blocked me after I told him my dreams.I feel I'm supposed to wait but it's v difficult on the face of the trials.

I'm dead meat. Please everyone, don't be scared of as Allah is Watching our good deeds & I can swear He rewards too but trials can be very harmful.Allah has been very Merciful in forgiving me& giving me hope but Wallahi,it's extreme pain & under a huge trial.

I'm unable to move ahead without finding escape in anyway & I'm not interested in haram but escape although it's damaging

Dua ultimately is the cure!

BarakAllah hu feekum for your duas,it means a lot!
