Apologies if the wrong Forum Section, not sure where this goes:

We are in the UK. My father married a second wife in Pakistan (the marriage was in Pakistan, and she lives there).

If he dies, could his second wife (and any children) come to the UK and claim a share of his will?

Would UK courts allow that?

No non-Muslim have authority and legislation over the affairs of Muslim.
