Aoa. Everyone. I am hoping to do itikaf this year. For 10 days. I get a bit anxious thinking about praying for 10 days continously. What can I do during itikaf to blow some steam off? And can i come home to make sahoor and iftar for my aged parents and leave without talking? Our house is right next to the mosque.
During itikaf if constantly praying some how makes me tired can i play some game like candy crush whilst doing dhikr. It is like how you prepare for an exam and study continously for 5 to 6 days. And you take breaks. How do i take break in itikaf.
