As they contain Islamic material & Quran apps?

The toddlers keep the phone on the floor near their feet etc. So what to do?

Isn't this alright to not give them phones even if they cry their tears out?

Don't know.please tell me

Assalam o alaikum rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

It is better to not give phones to kids, as this can have negative effects on their development. Phones addiction are common among children.

Instead they should just be taught about islam.

If I was a parent, I wouldn't even let my children use the internet until they were mature (except strictly for school under dire necessity with my supervision) due to the risk of porn addiction and all sorts of other evils. I should know. I was once a porn addict, and I'm still recovering.

Books work great, do not require electricity, and cause no distractions. I personally would not give a kid an electronic device unless I knew they were competent enough to handle it. Breaking the addiction of using electronics gets harder the earlier they start.

Even in the case of communication, I'd give them an old fashioned pre-paid flip phone at the most.

I think what you are worried that a Qura'an app is opened and the child steps on the screen, take it the washroom, etc. That is your concern, right?

No Quran App is open but not visible to others. And there 8s Islamic material in notes.

Still if they step on it or throw it on the floor what should I do? Let them cry their tears out or give to them

Sorry I guess I misunderstood. Even without Quran on there, a phone is a sensitive device. If someone is mishandling your phone, I would not let them use it. If they are still toddlers, it should not be hard to find them something else to play with. If they cry for it, then your sister needs to be firm with them. Enabling their behavior will not help the issue.
