Try to learn more common prophetic saws duas in every situation and recite them. Learn additional sunnah duas and adhkar in salat, like for example dua noor in sajdah, Allahu akbaru kabiran walhamdulillahi kathiran wa subhanallahi bukratan wa asila and many others. Find them in Arabic.
Read duas from books like Hisn al Muslim and Mumin ka hathyaar.

Use olive oil in cooking (spread a little bit all over body after ghusl), use Zamzam water, ajwa dates, best quality home bakhoor (like aloes and camphor), perfume, watch hygiene of rooms, drink daily 2x200 mL 100% unsugared pomegranate juice and 2x5-10 mL Nigella sativa oil.

Watch nutrition, fitness, seek long sunnah istigfar, say shukr-grattitude for everything.

Give sadaqah at day and night, like humanitarian phone lines.

If you have more money, donate a cow or two meat to the poor, build water purifucation plants and wells, sponsor children, jobs, help your family and neighbors first.

Learn the deep meaning of recitation in salah. Learn Arabic.

Read at least a book or two weekly, islamic or regarding your work, child upbringing, home, nutrition, everything important. Do not read fiction or waste times on TV.

If you are not married, try to marry.

Get good female company to visit sometimes and get them to recite Quran, like surah Yasin 3x each at least in your room. All at the same time with middle voice. Make dua that Allah accepts your worship, gives you plenty of rewards shifa and barakah. You all will inshaAllah improve your looks and mental health a lot after some visits. You shall notice a great change inshaAllah. They visit you, you visit them.

Read al Baqara if you can.
