you know how in many instances in the Quran, the disbelievers would ask the prophet to tell God to give them a sign, and He would but they continued to disbelieve. so i wanted to know that as a Muslim if I asked God for a sign or there was a subconscious wavering belief within me or I had a question I was very confused about and subhanAllah, i find the answer in an uncanny way or God answers my dua and shows me He is listening, is this God giving me a sign? Do i dismiss it as a coincidence or is there any sahih hadiths or Quran that shows this is God communicating with me?

:salam:
:bism:

Allah sends a lot of signs, but we must intensify good deeds.

Example can be "dunya" acts of altruism (for example working free in community, donations, stipends, waqf, sadaqah, kindness, mercy, duas for others and so on)
Or intense ibadah:

First, aftar say common fardh as 5 prayers, fasts, zakah and hajj, practicing morning, evening ad before sleep adhkaar and dua as from Ad Dua Divine Help Palanpuri or Hisn al Muslimi.

Giving a lot of sadaqah day and night (for example very practical online Islamic Relief, Muslim hands, Muslim Charity, Islamic aid and others, or common community donations, non sadaqah gifts etc.).

Spending last ten nights in itiqaf, wake and doing dhikr, estegfar, shukr, tasbeeh, tilawah etc.

Please find wording in Arabic.

Seeking wonders, best is to read at least 1000x each day and night.

It is important not to forget (it is advised in Ad Dua Divine help) to read surah Yasin mornings and evenings and Manzil.
Also this booklet is good add of sunnah duas:
https://www.nooresunnat.com/Audio/Zi...ening_duas.pdf

Fast nawafil, (after Ramadan of course) every second day at best.

InshaAllah, after some months or a year-two you shall start to experience wonders and signs, and improve and augment in everything. After that do not forget to intensify more good deeds and acts of altruism.

In the time of sahaba there were hermits/monks that lived alone in praying towers, praying day and night, practically not leaving the tower or eating anything.

Islam is the middle path. Our prophet saws recieved a lot of mercy (for example, our namaz/salat is at least 10x less as it was before), but we must put efforts with zeal. Especially seeking wonders/signs.

Nowdays we work "for dunya" 8 hours daily, and 4 hours of nawafil ibadah is not that much.

Allah is awere of every minute detail of your thoughts, deeds, every leaf that falls from trees, everything. In namaz/salat or while saying duas you are talking/doing ibadah to Allah.

Do dhikr, salawat, estegfar, tasbeehs, shukr or tilawah in ecery idle time, with words or in mind (where social unacceptable), while commuting, doing fitness, waiting etc.

:salam:

And, for your role, inshaAllah, you need to start reading books, at least a book or two a week, with a lot of dua for guidence, like:
Rabbi zidni ilman warzuqni fahman
Allahumma inni asalukal huda wassadaad
Allahumma alhimni rushdi wa aidhni min sharri nafsee
Allahumma rainal haqqa haqqan warzuqnatibaah wa arinal batilan batila warzuqnajtinaabah

What is needed to mention, depending on where you live, witches, sahirs or unorthodox/orthodox sufis may come to you and offer everything to mislead you or test you.
You must be steadfast and not accept indulge in offerings.

After the part:
First, aftar say common fardh as 5 prayers, fasts, zakah and hajj, practicing morning, evening ad before sleep adhkaar and dua as from Ad Dua Divine Help Palanpuri or Hisn al Muslimi.
You are generally safe, if not comitting major mistakes.
As you would intensify and partake in "altruism", a lot safer, inshaAllah.

Some love to mislead (put on shame-thats unorthodox to me) and later to correct you.

It would be best to have a similar practicing household, family and neighbors at least.

Please spread the ibadah and advise altruism to others.
