:salam:

Please know that these relationship somehow similar as straight extramartial relationships are a very grave sin which lead to a lot of dhulm, curse, gets away you from noor, malaika, productivity, blessings, mercy, altruism etc.

Please do not support such sining but remain nice as to anyone else.

You should choose your company you spend with to a little bit more noori one.

Try to volounteer and do altruistic acts of kindness, such as bigger and consistant donations, charities, and if you can ask every of your friends to do so to redeem for major and minor sins, to heal and increaae noor and mercy inshaAllah.

Try to have a daily wirid of nawafil ibadah and to increase it from time to time, but consistantly, mornings and evenings.

Ask a lot of dua noor (dua on sajdah or before going to masjid), sajjid estegfar, ism adhaam, salawat ibrahimi...

You're Muslim and their actions in islam are unacceptable even if they were straight. You are slowly being influenced by them since you can't defend yourself in situations which go against your beliefs, therefore its best you distance yourself from such company and find better influence to be around. You shouldn't feel obligated to do anything for them.

Asalaamu Alaikum,

My brother we must be very careful whom we keep as company, particularly those who are involved in major sins and live the kind of life that which takes them out of the fold of Islam. We will eventually become influenced by whom we keep as company. If you befriend such people then surely the kind of life that they live will become like the "norm" in your eyes and that which is acceptable. We must remember that bad friends will become our enemies on the day of Judgement and stab us in the back as we kept them as company and did not rebuke nor advise them to desist from their sins and evil ways:

Almighty Allah says: Close friends, that day (Judgement day) will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous. (43:67)

Consider the following:

Keeping company with such people is a great danger and great affliction that exposes the person to many kinds of disadvantages and evil in his religion and his worldly matters.

Among these disadvantages are the following:

1- Friends affect each another either negatively or positively. It is said: "Characteristics steal a person (i.e. he is easily influenced by them and ultimately ends up adopting these characteristics)." It is for this reason that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "A man is upon the religion of his friend, so let one of you choose whom he befriends." [Ahmad, Abu Daawood and At-Tirmithi]

2- A bad friend will disassociate himself from his friend on the Day of Resurrection; Allah Says (what means): {Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous.} [Quran 43:67]

3- On the Day of Judgment, a person will be with those whom he loves. The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "A person will be with whom he loves." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim] Hence, would a Muslim be pleased to be resurrected on the Day of Judgment with those who were homosexuals in this world?

4- Abu Moosa Al-Ash’ari may Allaah be pleased with him narrated that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) resembled an evil friend to a blacksmith "... whose bellows will either burn your clothes or you get a bad nasty smell thereof." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim] Indeed, it is of great harm to sit with someone whose heart is sick and corrupted.

5- Distorting one’s image and reputation by keeping company with a homosexual, because people may think that he is like him.

For the aforementioned reasons, one must avoid keeping company with such a person. You should, instead, keep company with a righteous person who will remind you if you forget (Allah) and help you when you remember. Abu Sa'eed may Allaah be pleased with him narrated that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Do not keep company except with a believer and none should eat your food except a pious person." [Abu Daawood and At-Tirmithi]

Al-Munaawi said in his book Faydh Al-Qadeer regarding the term 'Do not keep company except with a believer': "A person with a complete faith comes in priority (in keeping company with), because characteristics steal a person ….. It is not safe to keep company with someone who does not fear Allah because he changes according to circumstances. Allah Says (what means): {…and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.} [Quran 18:28] A person adopts the conduct and manners of other people (he befriends) without even realizing it ....." [End of quote]

It should be noted that not keeping company with him does not mean that you should refrain from advising him and endeavouring to guide him. Rather, it is an obligation to advise him in a soft and gentle manner as Allah may guide him and enable him to repent.

Allah knows best.

That's one of the most stupidest things I've seen posted.

Then go and be cursed as they are - you want to help someone to go up someone's ---- hole??

What are friends?? People who help you to be the best that you can be and help you to be successful not only in this world but the hereafter.

Need to learn a lot about respect and values-which is being tossed aside these days to what ever makes people happy-then if you don't stop -then go and follow the homosexuals to Hell.
