What is the reality of ‘Taqdeer Muallaq’ and ‘Taqdeer Mubram’ and whether it can be changed?:welcome:

Mohammad Rafique Etesame

This is very important question that, whether the fate of man can change or not? It means that due to someone’s good actions or good services, whether his bad fate can turn into good or not?
So, according to the teaching of Islam, it can change as the holy Qur’an reveals, “Allah effaces what He will, and establishes (what He will), and with Him is the source of ordinance” (Ar-Ra’ad:39).

According to the commentators, fate is of two categories as:-
(1) Taqdeer ‘Muallaq’ (hanging fate) it can change.
(2) Taqdeer ‘Mubram’ (Persistent fate) it does not change.

What can be changed from the fate of man? So, narrated by Ibn Abbas R.A. and Hazrat Ali R.A. that,” good actions and giving paying zakat (poor-due and alms giving) and also supplications of the parents, make changes in the fate of man (Tafseer Jalalian, Ma’ari-ful-Qur’an).
For example, if someone serves his parents and make them well-pleased and they supplicate for him,” may you live long my son and be prosper and your provision may increase!” And this will be so.

The age of man also be increased and any other miserable condition will be removed and in case, if it is written in his fate ‘owner of Hell- fire, ‘then it will be changed as ‘owner of Paradise’ rather than it.
This is an undeniable fact that the palmists Admit this reality that lines of hands changes from time to time. For example, line of heart, line of age, line of fate etc. Similarly, The Mount of Jupiter, The Mount of Apollo and The Mount of Venus of the palm, can be changed.

Main issue is that man should make effort to gain his useful substances and (also) make effort to avoid from his harmful substances as in his power.
May Allah the most high give us ‘taufeeq’ to obey all His commandments in order that we should make good changes in our fate.
