Currently I am sleeping 6 to 7 hours perday, Anyone here who sleeps like 4-5 hours? I want to master sleeping less.
BTW I am doing intermittent fasting since one year allhamdullilah if thats matters
Why do we even sleep at all if it is just waste of our time?
Brother, Allah created us the way we are. We NEED at least 6 hours sleep a day.
Sleeping less than that is unhealthy. You won't notice it when you're still young but later on, you will built up more and more health problems.
