Assalamu alaikum,

Is it possible to perform Umrah on budget? Is it possible to spend whole Ramadan in Makkah and Madina?

Do I have to apply to Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for permission?

If I'm citizen of A country but would be traveling around, can I come over from country B?

Or, is there an option to apply for some sort of studies in Makkah or Madina, so I use that advantage and perform Umrah every day?

Enlighten me, please.
