View Full Version : How do you know they are cartoons of Muhammed?

If drawing the prophet is not allowed, then I'm guessing there were no portraits of him created while he was alive. (And photography didn't exist back then.) How do you know what he looks like? It's possible that those cartoons look nothing like him at all and are therefore not representations of him.

It is use of association, implication, alluding to our beloved Prophet through indirect/direct references.

These cartoons obiviously dont look any thing like him since there is no single portrait or painting of the Prophet.

He had forbidden the painting of human beings to be made.

Therefore no one made any.

those cartoons were horrible and they were ment to be hurtfull but by retaliating to them the way people did that shows a weakness..
