well we must be certain though

like Cheetos was declared Haram

But it is not

I worked for Fritolays Inc

Cheetos contains Mono sodium Glutomate which can be extracted from 2 sources:

1- Animals
2- Plants

Animal extracts are not usable for flavouring because they are neither effective as flavouring nor cost effective

Thus plant extracts are used :)

However a simple warning: Eating excessive amounts of Cheetos can cause brain damage

Can cause brain damage? omg man that sounds upsetting.

but for real, in the last couple of days, its felt like I eat nothin halal, I have kinda just embraced islam and, everything I seem to eat or drink seems to have some sort of alchol or animal in it. even kid's drink :(

man i guess it helps to make me eat healthier or something

The mono sodium glutomate used in Cheetos when consumed in large quantities is known to cause brain damage

No worries. You'll get used to the 'Four-Step Islamic Diet Programme'

Step 1: Don't drink alcohol.

Step 2: Don't eat pork.

Step 3: Eat when you're hungry.

Step 4: Stop when you're full.

I swear, if everyone followed that plan, obesity would no longer be an issue.

i believe the mini bar is the trial size or the size that comes in packets for kids lunches or parties and stuff.
Hopefully i will ring the companies again and get the official ingredients list. I had these details but they are long gone now!!!!!

lol Muezzin, not eating pork is one of the hardest things man, i never used to drink anyhow, but I mean like, Lucazade, I heard its got a small quantity of Alchol, and stuff like Hariboes, oh man.

:(

The only thing resembling hariboes that is halal are some sweets in the masjeed, which they have only CHILI FLAVOUR yucky

If we're told something is haram isn't it better to stop eating that thing until disproved, rather than continuing eating until proved? That's just wrong.

:sl:

i asked a friend of mine in school and he read the ingredients and said "yea its haraam" because of some coloring ingredients called "Yellow 5" and "Yellow 6" and so on... something like that :?

well thats what he said, i still dont have any proofs why its haraam

but i think i'll personally resist M&Ms until i kno they're allowed
