Some people say jamath-e-tabligh is jst another group..? i do not understand why do u have to be in a group,...? shouldent we jst follow one madhab like hanafi,,habbali etc...

and not jump frm one to another...?

It is not a fard to follow a madhab. It is actually better to follow the 'aqeedah of the salafus-saalih (the pious predecessors). You should be in a jamaa'ah as it will keep you away from shaytan, as shaytan attacks the one who is alone.

No, it isnt. On the day of judgment, allah will not ask you why you did not follow imam abu hanifa (rahimullah) or imam ash-shaafi'ie (rahimullah). He will ask you if you followed the sunnah of rasulullah (saw), and the easiest way to do that is to follow the salaf, as they were the first generation after him.
You can take opinions from the four schools of thougt and see which one is strongest, but sticking to one madhab when its opinions are weaker than another on a particular issue can even be sinful
