-------------------------------------------------------------

This is an interesting story ... the first video shows a part of an bigger interview. here is the translation:

Hakim al-Mayyah, the head of security for the Basra governorship, held a press conference on Tuesday concerning Sunday's incident in which a car exploded during a police check, injuring five.

“On Sunday evening policemen stopped two cars, and seeing that non-Arab people were inside, they asked for identity cards. One of the cars bumped into the police car and drove away. The people inside the other car got out, and there was a brief gunfight between them and the police. The British agents detonated their car while running away from the scene,” Mayyah told reporters.

He added that this incident was not the first clash between Basra officials and British agents. “We have told them many times to not wear civilian clothes. And why didn’t they show their identity cards? We are investigating the case.”

And here is the exploded car with the two british agents still inside ...

you can even see some explosice devices detonating!

and here is another source for the incident. very strange i must say!
TWO British men were burned to death in their car after a shoot-out with police in Iraq yesterday. A third person in the car, also believed to be British, was wounded and rushed away from the scene, in the southern city of Basra. Police Captain Mushtaq Kadhim said Iraqi policemen and two other civilians were also wounded in the shooting.

A Foreign Office spokesman said he was aware of unsubstantiated reports of an incident involving non-Arabs. The Ministry of Defence said it was aware of reports of an incident in Basra and was making inquiries.

A ministry spokesman said no British military personnel had been involved in any incident or injured yesterday.

According to Mr Kadhim, the attack occurred about 9pm local time after a police patrol chased two suspicious cars and forced them to stop in the Jazaer neighbourhood of central Basra.

Two killed, four wounded in Basra shooting; some victims reportedly Britons

BASRA, Iraq (AP) Two men were burned to death in their car after a shootout with Iraqi police in this southern city Monday, and security officials said the victims were British citizens.

In London, a Foreign Office spokesman said he was aware of unsubstantiated reports of an incident involving non-Arabs.

A third person in the car, also believed to be a British citizen, was wounded and rushed away by police, said police Capt. Mushtaq Kadhim. Two Iraqi policemen and two civilians also were wounded in the shooting, he said.

Britain's Ministry of Defense said it was aware of reports of an incident in Basra and was trying to establish the veracity of the information.

A ministry spokesman said no British military personnel were involved in any incident or injured Monday.

The Foreign Office spokesman said his department was aware of ``unsubstantiated reports of an incident involving non-Arabs.''

There was no information available to suggest British diplomats were involved, the Foreign office spokesman said.

Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity, according to British government policy.

According to Kadhim, the attack occurred about 9 p.m. after a police patrol chased two suspicious cars and forced them to stop in the Jazaer neighborhood of central Basra.

As policemen surrounded the cars and asked those inside for identification, one of the vehicles sped away, Kadhim said. As the second car tried to follow, policemen opened fire, setting it on fire and killing two occupants. One person was wounded.

Shortly after the shooting and as the car was still on fire, a British military force in two armored personnel carriers and four armored jeeps appeared at the scene of the conflict, but they quickly left.

British troops are headquartered in Basra.

it's not surprising that these things are happening.
our prophet (PBUH) said that during the end of times, the liar will be believed while the one who is telling the truth will be called a liar.

Salaam,

I would say that western world are too close to deceit and murder..

Search google for the video on confession of CIA ex operatives where they bombs and murder or instigate orders or create situation for strife adn mayhem..
All in the name of US peace.

Sunnis and shia's ahev been living in peace but this happen nows

There was an article that say the Pentagon at one time undertook a study of Islam and concentrated on way to make divisions.

i would say that given the current situation the west would like to create division between SHIA Iran and Sunni coutnries so that Shia and sunni will be at each other throat isntead of the true enemies..
