A landmine bomb explosion left three American occupation soldiers dead and one injured in eastern Kunar province of Afghanistan on Sunday, puppet karzay “governor” said.



Puppet “governor” Kunar, Haji Asadullah Wafa confirmed to Afghan Islamic Press that “A US military vehicle hit a landmine in Wata Pur, Kunar province, leaving three American soldiers dead and one injured.” He said the vehicle was also destroyed in the explosion.



Four people including two policemen were killed in two separate landmine explosions in troubled Helmand province on Sunday.



Karzay representative in Helmand province, Mulla Amir Akhundzada said, “A police vehicle struck a landmine in Deshu district today, leaving two karzay policemen dead and two wounded.”



In the second incident, he said, a passenger vehicle also became victim of landmine which left two passengers dead and on wounded.



Four U.S. occupation solders were killed in an improvised explosive device attack Sunday, says a press release issued by western occupation forces.



The solders were traveling in an up-armored, high-mobility, multipurpose wheeled vehicle in the Pech Valley, Kunar Province , when the attack occurred. The patrol was conducting route-clearance operations to keep the road open to civilian and military traffic, it said.



However, Taliban spokesman Qari Muhammad Yousaf said, “Taliban destroyed a vehicle of district police chief of Nawa district with landmine in Deshu district, killing the district puppet police chief, Abdul Hakim and for others karzay policemen.



Meanwhile Taliban spokesman, Qari Muhammad Yousaf, said Sunday that according to the decision of Taliban leadership the four arrested foreigners including three Albanians and one German would soon be executed for supporting Americans in Afghanistan.



Spokesman of Taliban fighters, Qari Muhammad Yousaf, read the written decision of Taliban leadership to Afghan Islamic Press on phone. It said those foreigners come to the support of American would face Taliban’s attacks.



“The three captured Albanians and one German would soon be executed without any deal because Kabul did not give any positive response to Taliban demands on such occasions in the past,” it added.
