As far as I know, RSS feeds are not cached. They are updated immediately once you refresh your browser unless you use MyYahoo rss where they update the content every half-hour.

I tried but it did not work, I guess RSS feeds are updated every half-hour too.

if u can upload my xml rss , I would write one.
