dog when fed, pampered, caressed and fondled
it would love its owner
Even though the feed consists of bones
leftovers and unwanted foods
When love and affection given to it
by petting and caressing its back
it will be loyal and obedient
When trained and guided
it will abide the owner`s instructions
From then on, it will not run away from its owner
At home, it will take care of its owner
while going for a walk it will follow its owner
A low-down dog
when familiar with its owner
it recognises the owner`s love
it will love and abide its owner
Similarly, God is the owner of human being
As the Owner providing him the air to breathe
for him to live
When hungry he`s being fed
when thirsty he`s being quenched
when fatigued he`s put to sleep
God, Owner for mankind
providing various amenities
housing, transport and clothing
Untold pamperings from God for humans
simply inexpressible
But sadly,
human beings are not familiar with God as their owner
they forget the Owner, being loyal is unthinkable
Then, most human beings
are extremely evil and low-down
compared with the low-down dog
A dog when pampered by its owner
it becomes loyal and obedient
It prefers not to stay apart from its owner
A dog feels more indebted with its owner
compared to humans
By right, the mindless dog
should be learning from humans
It`s the reverse now, humans need to learn
from the low-down dog
Oh dear! how unfortunate humans are
Unable to appreciate all the good deeds of the Owner, their God
A dog appreciates better, all the good deeds from its owner
Hence, appropriately many humans enter Hell
while a dog is safe from Hell

Why a Dog?

Are we allowed to pet them?

It's a poem about a dog. Come on, bro. It's not a fatawaa on keeping a dog as a pet.

The author seems to make a comparison between Man and Dog. Though Man is endowed with intelligence and other useful faculties, he fails to send gratitude to the One who is attributed to all these gifts of life.

Dog on the other hand, though lack of exceptional human faculties, seems to live more dignified life as a dog than Man as a man.

I'd rather the author himself explain his articulations. Sorry!

what a comparison youn are making?

i know that you mean to say that dog can be loyal to his owner but some human beings are not loyal to their creator. Well, it is quite a big difference.
human biengs have brains and instince. they are chased by chaytane or devil and his carnal soul. human beings are influenced by their education, their familial surroudings and socila values. If a person lives in a society whcih does not worship god , he will be automaytically like them.
Dogs or any other animals behave according to their instinct and needs.

God choosed human beings among all the creatures and provide them with reason because the human being deserves that. So, there is no reason to put the human bieng in equal foot with the dog. God knows who r good and who are bad, you dont have the right to judge.

you are making a sin by doing this, so, repent.

wa Allahou al mousta3anou 3ala ma tasifoun.
