thats not nahw but tajweed
ikhfa is a light nasal sound on a noon sakin and tanween, iqlaab changing of the noon sakin and tanween in2 a meem and idghaam means to join the next word......explanation found in most tajweed books

That is the rules for tajweed, its best if you have mu'3llim.

I just need to go over 1 thing, u c on some verses of the Quraan, it ends with 'oon' and some with 'een'
E.g. Muslimeen and muslimoon...Why is that?

mulimoon and muslimeen mean exactly the same thing.....the change is due to its position in the sentence..... the vowel changes from a wow to a yaa......as in other words the vowel changes with dhammah fathah and kasrah ( zabar zair pesh)
