It's ash-Shaykh Sa'd al-Ghaamidee (HafiZahullaah).

Most Islamic websites have his qiraa-ah in their audio section, e.g. this one. Maybe his fans can meet your 'echo' request?

That is Sheikh Sa'd al-Ghaamidy (Rahimullah). He passed away a while back. He has a unique style of recitation and can be recoginsed anywhere

He passed away in his masjid in jeddah, saudi arabia a few years ago. the story goes that he was a healthy young man with no illnesses, and he was leading taraweeh in the masjid. During his recitation in salah, he suddenly collapsed and died.
May Allah have mercy on him and open the gates of jannah for him
