Assalamu Alaikum

Alright, I sorta wrote this a long time ago...and was VERY hesitant about posting it, but I guess it distroys the whole purpose of writing it: to share it with all of you! Well, I've been here long enough to know many of the EXTRAORDINARY members that make LI unique and special Mashallah, including the nonmuslims who have had to deal with our craziness..

Anyways I wrote this on my free time *during class when it got soo boring*, and it's a bit outdated, but those of you who have been here for a few months, should know what is going on Inshallah..Alright, Imma shut up now and let you all read..

Characters in this Scene (so the newbies don't get lost):

Ofcoarse the Golden Title is given to the
Head Administrator of LI:

Kadafi : Creator of LI (Barak Allahu Feek!)
Administrators of LI (shades included ofcoarse):

Ansar: One of LI’s top refuter
Khaldun : The “Quiet” Mod, expresses himself with a raise of an eyebrow…amazing hafidh mashallah, also helped with the creation of LI
The SuperMods also referred to as
SM's of LI:

Far7an: Most sarcastic, and top SM at LI
zAk: Who doesn’t know him!
Muhammed: One of the more knowledgeable brothers…closes threads in peace
Ra'eesah:Mashallah, Very knowledgable, an amazing mod mashallah, but no longer with us *sigh*
Brownies a.k.a "the kids", but formally known as the
Moderators of LI:

Mamsoo- Is now known and referred to as Labiba..(sorry gal, mamsoo will always be stuck with me)
Ahmed-LI’sHalo addict!
Halima- LI’s Fatwa distributer
Rabi'ya- The "Quiet" sister mod
Fi- Very knowledgeable bro, mini version of Ansar, always has ahadith at the tip of his fingertips!
Full Members (majority of LI, we rule! 'cept when we get warnings :X)
czgibson- LI's nonmuslim refuter, english teacher, and excellent character *if you read this thread, please ignore the spelling and grammar mistakes..*
*disclaimer: characters based on real people, and real life events
**THIS WAS NOT WRITTEN TO OFFEND ANYONE!! IF MODS FEEL THAT IT IS SOMEWHAT OFFENDING OR PROVIDES A NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR LI, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DELETE WITHOUT CONSENT**

Part - I
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Main Room
Everyone is sitting on a nice recliner chair sipping on their favorite drink, except the mods who sat at the trainee table (excluding mamsoo, cuz shes not a kid ;)) Mamsoo and Ra'eesah are discussing social frailities in ths world, while the brother SMs (supermods) are discussing the destruction of the marriage section.

zAk: it must go, too many kids

Far7an: I agree, there topics are childish

zAk: v must talk to kadafi about it

Muhammed: But, ppl would lose their (moderating) jobs

zAk: hmmmmmmm

far7an: well we can assign them to another section

zAk: ah

Muhammed: what about those that need real advice?

zAk: v have the counselling section

far7an: when will Kada---

All of a sudden Kadafi comes in with Ansar and khaldun behind him, both wearing shades.
Kadafi looks around then signals with his hand the SMs to the 'back office'

zAk and far7an slowly walk behind them whispering to eachother.

zAk: what's with ansar and khaldun wearing the shades? *raises eyebrow SS style*

far7an: Authority :shade:

zAk: ah.

Muhammed: I thought it was cuz its sunny today

All of them shrug and walk into the office.

BACK INTO THE MAIN ROOM

some gossip was going on between the "kids" about why the SM's were called back

Ahmad: I heard they were going to add another section

Mamsoo: I heard they were going to let someone go *shocked*

Fi: well whatever it is we shouldn't be talking about it, lets be patient and ask them when they return inshallah *insert hadith here*

Halima: I agree

All sit there in a moment of silence

Ahmad: So, anyone up for pizza? :D

Fi: We're on a budget *sigh*

Ahmad: Anyone willing to donate :brother:

Mamsoo: Ok, Ok, I'll pay for the pizza this time

Halima: no no no dont pay for all of it, ill pay half :)

Rabiya: ok, lets all pitch in

Mamsoo: nonsense! I said i was going to pay for it

Halima: I said i was gonna pay half, rabiya dont worry bout it

Rabiya: well i wont eat if im not even gonna pitch in my part.

Mamsoo: ok that's enough, i said i was paying, so I'm paying, alright?

Halima: Well ok whatever, when the pizza man comes, I'll just pay half

Sisters continue to bicker over the pizza

Fi and Ahmad look at each other

Ahmad: We're never gonna get our pizza, are we...

Fi: not unless u start bringing in your own money

INSIDE THE BACK OFFICE

kadafi: so what is all this about?

Ansar: I was refuting czgibson...Inshallah this wont take long *ahem*

SuperMods get a bit nervous

Ra'essah: I have no clue whats going on, so dont ask me.

Far7an: well, zAk and i were discussing how it might be gud to close the marriage section for a bit.

zAk: more like forever.

Ansar: *sigh*

Khaldun: ah, let the kids have their fun :)

Kadafi: and how will the closure of this section help or benefit the forum?

zAk: *cough* *looks at farhan*

far7an looks back at zAk signaling him to say something. Kadafi raises his eyebrow, waiting patiently for a reply.
zAk: vell how does it help the forum if v dont close it? ;) :brother:

Far7an: *looks at zAk because of his response* well, the topics are getting useless and there is no benefit to them. If a member wants real help, they can look at past threads or use the counseling section.

TO BE CONTINUED . . . . . (don't worry, more members have already been added to the next scenes..just be patient Inshallah)

Did I not say "EXTRAORDINARY members of LI", now will LI ever be the same without the works of muezzin and minaz??? 'coarse not! so they are mentioned in Part IV alhemdulilah..

But hmm, is it too much to ask that Alpha Dude gets featured in the chronicles somewhere? I know I'm a recent addition to the force, but come on, I'm probably the coolest.
ooh a request.. lol
well I would have to read your posts actually, to get what your personality is like...but I'll try to work you in somehow inshallah, otherwise I would have to make a personality up sorry bro Muhammed :X

PART II

Kadafi: Alright, I’ll consider it, but im not making any promises.

He stands up and places his hand upon Muhammed’s shoulder. Muhammed stares at his shoulder nervously. Kadifi squints his eyes as if in a moment of reminisce, he waves his finger at all of them as if telling a life lesson.

Kadafi: The world is an angry place lads, one man changes his uniform (username color), the rest attack you as a hungry mob for a little bit of green.

Farhan: *coughs*

zAk: but some wanted pink—

Farhan quickly interrupts him purposely by elbowing him, signaling him to stop bringing the subject up.

Kadafi: Well, I guess that’s all then innit?

All SM’s nod their head and shake hands. As soon as Kadafi snaps his fingers, the admins put their shades back on and walk out behind Kadafi into the main room.

Kadafi: Assalamu Alaikum.

SMs: Walaikum asalaam

IN THE MAIN ROOM

The mods are busy eating their pizza while the Admins are passing through.

Mamsoo: Would you like some pizza?

Kadafi: No, Barak Allahu feeki, moms cooking :shade: besides, we have a lot of work to do today, no time to eat. Assalamu Alaikum.

Everyone: Walaikum asalaam wa rahmatallah

Ahmad gives Fi a curious look

Ahmad: Whats up with the admins wearing the shades??

Fi: I dunno, Authority probably…lets get some :D

BACK ROOM

Muhammed: He’s going to say no

Farhan: Why do you say that?

Muhammed: Well, he’s always bringing that story up. Besides, people ask for too many changes. Remember all those requests for different language sections?

zAk: Well I told him to put something like that up before, but he wouldn’t listen :-\

Far7an: no matter, we’ll just have to wait and see inshallah.

zAk: Do you guys smell that??

Far7an looks towards Muhammed’s direction

Muhammed: What?! It wasn’t me!

zAk: No, no, its not that. It’s definitely not that. I smell food.

Muhammed: oh :-[ I smell that too…

Farhan: You guys are weird.

zAk: Ah, well I’ll be right back

MAIN ROOM

zAk walks into the main room and everyone suddenly stops and stares at him, wondering why he’s without his group.

Ahmad: uhh, want some??

zAk grabs a slice

zAk: v wont speak of this, yea? I’ll reward you guys with reps later. ;)

He begins to walk away quietly, watching out for Muhammed and Farhan.

Mamsoo: What was all that about *raises eyebrow*

Ahmad: Apparently SMs and Admins just get weirder as they get higher in authority

Fi: We forgot to ask him about what they were discussing.

Ahmad: oh yea…HEY ZAK!!??

zAk quickly turns around.

zAk: shhhhhhhhhh!! You wanna get me in trouble?

Ahmad: in trouble?

zAk: im going out for my 10,000 posts celebration dinner later with the brothers. There will be cakes and tea ;)

Ahmad: oh yea…well anyways, what were you guys discussing in there?

zAk: I’ll tell you later, right now I have to go before they get suspicious of me..

zAk leaves.

Mamsoo: Ah, well, I better go and moderate the sisters forum, Alhemdulilah, that was good pizza. See you all later, Assalamu Alaikum

Halima: Wait, I’ll come with you. Assalamu Alaikum

Brothers: Walaikum Alaikum

Ahmad: Ah, we’re left cleaning the table.

Fi: well you didn’t pay for the pizza, so it’s the least you can do.

Ahmad: true.

IN THE SISTER’S ROOM

The sisters are sharing their pictures.

Sis 1: OMG! Mashallah, you’re soo cute!

Sis 2: I love your eyes, their gorgeous!

Sis 3: But I don’t like that color on me

Sis 2: Are you crazy?? Its beautiful mashallah

Sis 3: I think the pic would look better if I was in a
darker color.

Sis 1: I agree, the color of the background is way
too light.

Sis 4: ok gals, heres my picture but it’s the only time im going to show it to you all.

Sis 3: mashallah I love your hair!

Sis 2: you look soo innocent.

Sis 1: I love your smile mashallah

Sis 4: barak allahu feekum, awww stop, u guys are making me blush.

IN THE BROTHER’S ROOM

The brothers are sharing pics

Bro 1: Here’s my pic while I was in Saudi

Bro 2: The masjid is really big mashallah

Bro 1: yea, there were a lot of people alhemdulilah

Bro 2: ah this is the one of last month?

Bro 1: yup

Part III will be posted some time next week, most likely on Thurs./Friday..

Inshallah none of these have offended anyone, if it did or if you feel it did, please notify me so that I may edit. Barak Allahu feekum.

Brownies a.k.a "the kids", but formally known as the

Metz: known to some as MST, and to others as MetSudaisTwice, will be the messenger in this Part
Iqram: Previously known as fozley..will be the wanna-be mod in this part..

PART III

Interview Room:

Ah yes, the interview room. The place where full members come in to request to become moderators. zAk is sitting on a big comfy chair reading received resumes. There’s a near by telecommunicator in which he uses to call his messenger-metz (metsudaistwice)

zAk: *clicks button* Salam, call in Iqram plz.

Metz: w’salaam, he’ll be right in w’salaam

Soon, there’s a quiet knock on the door.

zAk: Come in.

Iqram slowly opens the door.

zAk: Have a seat, would you like anything to drink?

Iqram sits down on a hard chair. Anxiousness overcomes him.

Iqram: ah, no I’m fine Jazak Allah.

zAk: well I’m thirsty *clicks button* salaam bring in some water

Metz: *silence*

zAk: hello?? Anyone there?? *hits the buzzer button*

Metz: *no answer*

zAk looks at Iqram

zAk: *nervous laugh* he must be busy (“he better be :mmokay:” zAk thinks to himself)

Iqram: yes, must be *looks around room*

zAk: *cicks button* Metz, I’m thirsty!! Where are you?! You better have not turned the power off at your end.

Metz: *pause* salaam, I’m here, I’m here, what do you want??

zAk: bring in some water.

Metz: What kind?

zAk: The kind with one oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms :rollseyes is there really any other kind?

Metz: Well we have spring water, sugar water, purified water, flavored water, and plain tap water with your daily source of chlorine, iron, etc.

zAk: how bout some purified..

Metz: Evion? Aquafina? Dasani? Volvic?

zAk: Why don’t you just go to Saudi and get me zam zam water, they only have one kind of that.

zAk starts to laugh at his joke, Iqram stares at him wondering what’s next of his fate that this crazy man holds

Metz: Not funny bro, ill get you your water, w’salaam

zAk turns his attention back to Iqram

zAk: soo, you wanna be a mod?

Iqram: yes I do :D, ermm you got my application?

zAk: yes, all 20 of them…

Iqram: :-[ I thought there might have been some technical difficulties with the server or something, since no one was replying…

zAk mumbles something about computer complications and patience as he is writing.

zAk: Do you have any past experiences of being a mod? If so state which forums; if you are still part of their staff; and if you ever were laid off for any reasons; and if not, just say no.

Iqram: say “no” to which part? :-[

zAk: *sigh* do you have any past experiences?

Iqram: If I say no, will I be rejected?

zAk: hmmm…*raises eyebrow*

Iqram: *lowers head* no.

zAk: Any negative behavior in the past that may affect your work here at LI?

Iqram: Well, there was this one time when the Imam’s son was…

zAk: *cough*

Iqram: oh that’s not what you were asking was it??

Metz walks in with a tray and water.

Metz: salaam, your water, w’salaam

He proceeds to leave.

zAk: wait one sec, why’d you take so long to answer?

Metz: What do you mean, I brought you your water right away.

zAk: No, I was calling you many times, but no answer, even Iqram saw.

He turns to Iqram waiting for him to respond as a witness to the incident

Iqram: yes, I did

Metz: Oh.. I was just erm.. I didn’t hear you, bad connection I guess..

zAk: hmmm…You were listening to SS weren’t you??

Metz: Oh, *changes subject* do you hear that??

zAk and Iqram go silent to hear.

zAk: No, what?

Metz: Kadafi is calling, erm.. gotta go, w’salaam

Metz rushes out of the door.

zAk: Kadafi? Kadafi went home…. He was listening to SS!

Iqram waits patiently.

zAk: Ahem, anyways, If v were to select you, which sections would you want? *takes a sip of water*

Iqram: Well I thought that maybe the---

zAk: *interrupts* ahh this water is warm! *clicks button* salaam, bring in some ice. Why’d you bring in warm water??

Metz: *silent*

zAk: helloo??

Metz: umm..salaam

zAk: I told you not to listen to SS on the job! You get emotional and tune the rest out.

Metz: Sorry, its just that….its so beautiful ekhi

Iqram gets emotional and steps up to the telecom

Iqram: I agree with you man, SS is the best! You keep on listening bro!

zAk looks at Iqram wondering why he’s all up on his telecom

Metz: I know, heard he’s leading fajr prayer. His reciting was so amazing today.

zAk: you know SST is also the besssst!

Metz: NO way ekhi, SS is awesome!

zAk: Ah, hes gud, but like I said, SST is equally as great!

Iqram: Metz, did you hear when he recited surah al fatiha.

zAk: *rolls eyes* I’ll get my water myself. *sigh* ah lazy kids.

zAk is walking out as Iqram and metz are continuing their conversation over the telecom. Iqram makes himself at home and sits on zAk’s chair. zAk turns around

zAk: you get the hard chair, big chair is mine :shade:

Iqram: ah, yea sorry :-[

zAk leaves the room

Metz: so whatchya doing there?

Iqram: Interview.

Metz: How’s it going?

Iqram: I dunno, have a feeling I’m not gonna get it.

Metz: Well you’ll get it Inshallah, have patience :)
Iqram: Barak Allahu feek.

Iqram: All right! Man I quit!!

zAk: you werent even hired in the first place :X

Iqram: well I quit the interview!! You ask me a question, then I try to answer, then you interrupt, I got a life too ya know!!

Iqram leaves and shuts the door, silence prevails over the room.

Metz: *clicks button* lost another one huh?

zAk: What!? How’d you know?

Metz: ekhi, your finger was on the telecom the whole time…

Far7an: Most sarcastic, and top SM at LI
zAk: Who doesn’t know him!
Muhammed: One of the more knowledgeable brothers…closes threads in peace

Minaz: Salesman #1
Muezzin: Salesman #2
Aamirsaab: Stocker [No, I didn't mean stalker]
disclaimer: they were only members when I wrote this..
PART IV

THE NEXT WEEK:

Kadafi walks through the main room again

Kadafi: *big sigh* well we're not closing it down, not anytime soon atleast.

ZAk and Farhan have a "what!? why!?" look upon their faces, Muhammed has a "haha i told you so!" expression on his.

Kadafi: I cant go through anymore of those "can we have/get/want/etc." threads--and i have a feeling once it closes were going to get a lot of those concerning re-having a marriage section.

Farhan: But we can delete those, we'll take care of the rest, all you would have to do is close it.

Kadafi: We cant lose members over this, ekhi. So its just gonna stay there, besides *laughs* you all can get some advice in case you ever fall in love with with a peg-legged, patch-eyed woman with a good iman. They should have a similar thread somewhere in that section if you search!

Farhan: *mumbles under breath* Im already married tho...

Kadafi: rubbing it in for us eh ekhi??

Farhan: yea :shade:

Muhammed: mmmmMMmmmmMMmm biryaanniii..

Everyone stares at muhammed. zAk hits muhammed as if he were daydreaming.

Muahmmed: what?? dont any of you smell that??

Everyone: no..no, not at all..no.. 8-)

Kadafi: I guess its time for me to get back to work.

Muhammed: come on! dont you smell that??

Khaldun: *laughs*

IN THE MAIN ROOM

All the mods are enjoying a nice plate of Biryani. The Admins are walking out of the back office when they smell a wiff of it.

Mods: come on guys, sit down, have some.

All the admins attempt to have a seat until two businessmen approach dressed in black tuxedoes and carrying a briefcase in each hand along with shades and hats to match. They place the briefcases onto the table and open it.

Muezzin: Take your pick, we have rolex, Gucci, etc..

Ahmed: but this one says Timex

Minaz gives him a look

Ahmed: uh, I mean, It’s a Rolex with the name scratched of…or something…

Muezzin: *cough* so anyone want one, two, a few?

Minaz: They make great eid gifts ya know.

Muezzin: oh yea, we have some for the lil ones at home, the blind, the deaf, the illiterate..

Fi: hmmm..selling fake brand watches, for name brand prices?? This is fitnah you know…

Minaz: Ekhi, *squints eyes* this whole world is fitnah

Muezzin: true, NEXT!

Mods continue to eat ignoring Muezzin and Minaz

Muezzin: Alright, alright, since I know you all personally, I’ll take 10% off the regular price, how ‘bout it?

Khaldun: BISMILLAH!

Muezzin: oh, you guys are about to dig in… well then, we’ll have business next time, my apologies for the interruption.

Muezzin and Minaz lock their briefcases and proceed to leave.

Minaz: I told you they were busy

Muezzin: No you didn’t

Minaz: Yes, I did.

Muezzin: No you didn’t

Minaz: Yes, I did.

Mezzin: Ok, be quiet, we’re infront of the sister’s room.

Minaz: so what?

Muezzin: Take out briefcase #741, I believe Aamirsaab reloaded it for us.

Minaz: Oh no, I’m not going through that again.

Muezzin: So now we’re scared of girls are we?? :p

Minaz: No, but—

Muezzin: *knocks on door*

Minaz: I’m leaving.. *turns and proceeds to walk away*

Muezzin: shhhhhhh

Minaz: what? *halfway turned towards muezzin*

Muezzin: RUUUUUUUUUUN!

Minaz: WHAT?!

Muezzin: RUN MAN, RUN! *muezzin pushes minaz* *minaz trips*

The sisters all stood in front of the door with a shoe in their hand and a mean
look on their faces. Muezzin runs off leaving Minaz behind.

Minaz: AHHHHHHHHHH!

Muezzin hears Minaz and turns back and tries to rescue him
The sisters attack by shoe throwing.

Muezzin: OK! OK! We’re leavinggg!

Minaz and Muezzin pick themselves up and run away.
They reach the end of the hallway and Muezzin begins to laugh.
Minaz is breathing heavily.

Minaz: What the hell are you laughing for!? I was almost killed!

Muezzin: you were all like “Ahhhh” what kind of scream was that! *laughs hysterically*

Minaz: yea, well you were running like a speeding bullet as if they were after you.

Muezzin: and you TRIPPED! *continues to laugh*

Minaz: One day I’m going to write a book Muezzin *squints eyes*

Muezzin: *stops laughing* ahem..well then, lets get back to business.

Minaz: Those sisters were viscious..especially that tall niqaabi :muddlehea

Muezzin: I know, I don’t think we can get commerce off of them…I guess they were all on diets or something.

Minaz: Yea, I suppose we have to remove suitcase #741 from our list. *takes out writing tablet: ‘note to self: NEVER BRING CHOCOLATES TO SISTERS’*

Farhan walks by.

Far7an: What happened to you two?

Minaz: umm Track team…ya kno to prepare ourselves for the cricket match on Sunday.

Far7an: I see.

Muezzin: yea..

Far7an: I’ll destroy the tape for you guys, It’s enough I had to watch it *shakes head in dissapointment*…

Minaz:  they have hidden camcorders in the hallways!?

Far7an: yea, didn’t you read the Attention Notice posted outside the Admin’s office?

Muezzin: No, guess not, well thanks anyways..

Far7an leaves.

Minaz: well THAT was embarrassing.

Muezzin: dude, you have scuff marks on your shoes

Minaz: Yea, I know..I’ll buy some new ones tomorrow.

Muezzin: You just bought those yesterday.

Minaz: yea and? *raises eyebrow*

Muezzin: We’re going to be in debt before we’re able to sell our stocks.

Minaz: Who said I was going to buy them? It was your fault they got scuff marks on them.

Muezzin: Well it was you that tripped :rollseyes

Minaz: Well it was you that PUSHED me!

Muezzin: I didn’t push you, I simply “propelled” you towards safety.

Minaz: Safety is not on the ground, Muezzin.

Muezzin: It was for that incident; they could’ve clocked you with their heels! Luckily you were already ducked on the ground ;)

Minaz: You’re still buying me new shoes.

Muezzin: And you still fell...

Assalamu Alaikum

And Barak Allahu feekum wa jazakum Allahu Khair for many things:

-for your comments
-for being awesome ppl!!
-for putting up with me and my lectures
-and others for being some of the closest ppl to me!

May Allah guide you Allah, seriously try hard to please Allah and to do what you can for him, even if it's just a little. I know you all have that potential mashallah, continue to guide others, but don't do it if you aren't guided yourself.

May you all be blessed with a beautiful future!!

To the "around" 14 yr. olds..don't waste your childhood by thinking of marriage (sorry i had to say that)..yea one day it will come inshallah, but keep yourselves occupied with something more important for you to know at that age. oh yea, and respect ur parents..not that no one has, but its just very important, and cuz you're all in that "stage" you might forget those hands that held you when you couldn't hold yourself...

To the admins/mods..May Allah reward you all for your excellent work, seriously this has been the best board I have ever seen..in size, excellence of quality, members, everything!!

to the wanna be mods..be an example, you don't need to have a maroon, blue, red colored username to moderate inshallah, just act mature and you will be treated as such..who knows u might even be offered a moderating job without ever needing to ask..cut it down with the slang as well..you all know who you are lol :D

to the nonmuslims: sorry if i ever offended any of you, never been my intention and never will be inshallah...may you all be guided inshallah..some of you such as czgibson and glo are excellent gud hearted people. Others such as root and heigou are always fun to refute! lol may we always learn from eachother...

all of you taught me something..even if it was something explicately small, but you don't realize it till you see the change in the person i guess..but don't change except when its for the better inshallah

ok soooo with that being said....

fi aman Allah <<meant it in ever post, will always mean it..May allah protect over you ya ukhati...

walaikum asalaam..

LI Salaah

Muezzin: ...Allaahu akbar Allaahu akbar.. Laa illaaha IllAllaah.

Dhuhr salaah had just started, and brother kadafi (the imam) was already praying the 4 sunnah.

glo lived just a few houses away from where the azaan came from...

glo: I guess I better set off to learn more about Islam..

*reaches place of prayer* - but she sees two guards in black at the door.

... : "Can we have your identification please? (they say together)

glo: who me? I left it at home :(

... : What's your LI name? (one of them asks)

glo: Remember me!? its glo...

... : Let me check on my laptop *View who's Online*

*Both nod heads - "Okay, you can go through.."

glo: But... are you two on the forum? And why are you two wearing that costume?

... : Yeah it's me amani and Arwa, you might have seen us in the Haramains thread?

glo: :?

Arwa: Doesn't matter..

amani: The reason we cover ourself is because our Creator has ordered us to (Qur'an 24:31) .. it's even mentioned in the bible -

"But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. [Corinthians 11:5]

Arwa: Anyway, you can go through - but don't go in the Brothers Section - you don't have access to that.

As glo passes through the wudhu rooms. She hears a loud blow of the nose.. [PIE]"can someone pass me the pot!!

[/PIE].. [PIE]"its on the tank!!"

[/PIE]

[PIE]

[/PIE]

glo:  !! I wonder :-\

Meanwhile, sister Mawaddah is teaching in her small study circle:

Mawaddah: "In this hadith which is narrated by Jabir radhiAllaahu anhu, The Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi-waSalam said,

"He who says upon hearing the Adhan: `Allahumma Rabba hadhihid-da`wati-ttammati, was-salatil-qa'imati, ati Muhammadanil-wasilata wal-fadhilata, wab`athu maqaman mahmuda nilladhi wa `adtahu [O Allah, Rubb of this perfect call (Da`wah) and of the established prayer (As-Salat), grant Muhammad the Wasilah and superiority, and raise him up to a praiseworthy position which You have promised him]', it becomes incumbent upon me to intercede for him on the Day of Resurrection.''

So i want all of you to recite this after you hear the adhaan, okay children? :)

Students: Yes Ms Mawaddah!! (they say together in a monotone voice.)

Al-Muminah, Halima and Labibah are telling the sisters to stand up in straight lines and in rows.

Halima: Don't you know it's important to straighten yourself when performing salaah?

Al-Muminah: The Messenger of Allaah, sal Allaahu alayhi waSalam said: "Straighten your rows, or Allah would cause your hearts to differ" (Narrated in Abu Dawud)

Labibah: I've been asked by brother Far7an to remove any sisters from our section if they take too long to respond. jazak Allaahu khayr.

glo walks into the sisters section..

glo: Hi..? :phew

piXie: woohoo!!! :thumbs_up its a sister

welcome... :welcome:

have a great stay :sister:

any questions ? feel free to ask :)

enjoy...;)

Aalimah: You killed it :rollseyes

piXie: No i neva :D

Ladee Maryam: Are you from Australia?

glo: Nope..

Um Hamzah: You a revert?

glo: No.. but i want to learn about islam..

Muezzin: Allaahu akbar Allaahu akbar...

glo: Why do women pray on the back row?

Mod sisters - Shh.. salaahs going to start - we've warned you already.

kadafi: Allaahu akbar...

*Everything goes silent*

[For anyone who's confused - the imam doesn't read out aloud within the Dhuhr and 'Asr prayer]

Sister Daffodil's son Abdullah was crying in the salaah, so it was shorter than how brother kadafi intended it to be.. he remembered the hadith:

The Messenger of Allah sal Allaahu alayhi waSalam said, "I stand up to lead Salat with the intention of prolonging it. Then I hear the crying of an infant and I shorten the Salat lest I should make it burdensome for his mother".
[Al-Bukhari].

kadafi: Asalaamu 'alykum warahmatulahi wabarakatuh..

Asalaamu 'alykum warahmatulahi wabarakatuh...

The fardh salaah had ended..

Suddenly there was a loud BANG!..

It was the police.

The Cop Chase

"Put your hands up NOW!"

3 with masks came running through the door. They dispersed themselves into different areas.

Brother Ansar Al-'Adl quickly got up and selected Far7an & Muhammad to lead the expedition.

Ansar Al-'Adl rushed towards the male wudhu room and found a tall, thin man looking through the cubicles.

Ansar Al-'Adl: "Alhamdulillah, they only came after salaah" :coolbro: he whispered to himself..

The man's head was still behind the cubicle, when suddenly Ansar Al-'Adl kicked his leg from behind - so he fell, then he pushed his head into the toilet.

The handcuffs were flashing infront of his eyes.

Ansar Al-'Adl: Shall i refute him? :-\ I might aswell.. :p

..Muhammad was hiding behind a shoe rack.. he couldn't control his laughter. Someone had brought a pair of slippers and was probably desperate that they don't get stolen - so they had placed a padlock in between them.

[S]

[/S]

He diverted his attention towards the jackets, where he saw a short, chubby, bald man looking through the sisters jackets.

Muhammad: What are you doing here!?

Man: We're arresting you under the terrorism act!

Muhammad: Why? What proof have you against us?

Man: erm.. Your religion tells you to kill all the non muslims!

Muhammad: Then wouldn' you be dead? :-\

Man: Soo.. why does your God let you marry 4 women?

Muhammad: Why does your country let a man marry a man? :-\

Muhammad walks upto the man and kindly says: "This is a peaceful religion :) so please leave us, and we will leave you.."

As Muhammad is about to walk away, the policeman shouts "FREEZE!", suddenly Muhammad turns around with a rapid roundhouse kick. *WHAM*

Far7an is really angry.. he's just seen the amount of press outside. So he step's outside near the entrance..

Click on me [this link] to find out what he says.

[For the people who prefer text only:]

When are you people going to tell the truth?

When are you people going to tell the people the truth about us?

Instead of telling them we're terrorists?

Who have we bombed?!

Which individual have we attacked?

Which policeman have we had a problem with for 20months!

We're the ones who've been praying on the streets! and you police want to violate us again..

I'll fight you!.. thats what you wanted to hear, isn't it? Ain't it mr. policeman? I bow *points to forehead* this to Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala! I don't accept your authority... I accept Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala. I do not fear you people!

You people are acting on heights! You show no compassion, no mercy, because it's not instilled into you! You're all bullies!

What you gna do, lock me up!? What else you gna do - beat me up? What can you do!!

Brother G-HaD-Ta-Raaza comes running towards the entrance and shouts: "Yeah! And realise that jannah is under the shade of swords!!!"

Press #1: What is jannah!?

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: Come inside to find out!

Some of the press be reluctant to come inside, but a few come in anyway...

Arwa & amani : Identification Please?

Far7an: Let them sign in as anonymous.. but if someone messes about, oor if anyone does anything suspicious - notify the mods or admins and we'll permanently ban them.

Arwa: Okay insha'Allaah. barak Allaahu feekum (may Allaah bless you.) By the way - take your shoes off before you walk in.

Far7an: Wa iyak (and you.)

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: Not me! :grumbling I got clean shoes on, plus The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings be upon him) -

"He used to stand (in prayer) bare-footed sometimes and wearing shoes sometimes." [Abu Dawood & Ibn Maajah. It is a mutawatir hadeeth as Tahaawi has mentioned.]

But don't take my word for it.. I still need to find a fatwa regarding this issue yet.

*Umm_Shaheed comes in abit late because she was locked in college..*

Umm_Shaheed: masha'Allaah, i neva knew that!? my shoez are ayt too, so i can go in too yeah?

[normal language: my shoes are alright/okay too, so i can go in too - can't i?]

amani: Wait up - let me check on IslamQ&A (Walking with shoes in the masjid permissible?) - you just go in without them for a while.

Umm_Shaheed: Safe.. inabit insha'Allaah. Asalamu 'alykum wr wb.

Arwa: wa 'alykum. :p

Umm_Shaheed: lol me a muslim you know! say it fully...

Arwa: lol okay - wa 'alykum as-Salaam warahmatulahi wabarakatuh..

amani: happy? :)

Far7an: Me and G-HaD-Ta-Raaza take the males to the Brothers Chat Room so we can discuss islam, and sis amani - take the females to the sisters islamic chat room, okay?

amani: Sure insha'Allaah.

While this was going on - the brothers were discussing a crucial topic:

seeker_of_ilm: If anyone's having a hard time with their wifey - this hadith will cheer them up insha'Allaah:

"
No woman in this world upsets her husband but his wife from among al-Hoor al-'Eeyn will say, "Do not upset him, may Allaah kill you! For he is with you only temporarily, and soon he will leave you and come to us."" [Saheeh al-Jaami' as-Sagheer, 6/125, no. 7069]

zÂk: Alhamdulillah I'm not married.. yet... :rollseyes

Shadow: If I had a wife with green hair - we would go on train rides in jannah :p

Khaldun: Back on topic brothers. Far7an's here with some new members...

Far7an: *Ahem* These guys want to know more about islam. Anyone who wants to give da'wah - please come forward.

Press # 1: What are the rights of women in islam?

Brother Ähmed comes forward.

Ähmed: Before you ask the secondary questions - lets refer to the primary aspects of our faith.

seeker_of_ilm: masha'Allaah, i've heard that the technique this brother uses - it can call a person to islam within 5 to 10mins! So listen up...

The Day of Da'wah

*Ähmed aims his question at Press#1*

Ähmed: Do you believe in a Creator or a Higher Power?

Press#1: I don't really believe in a god...

Ähmed: But for instance, if i got a bucket of ink, and spilt it on a massive page - could it turn into an encyclopeadia? Or if I told you that something as small as a shop (with everything inside of it) was created by itself, not just created by itself - but kept running by itself aswell - without an owner, would you believe me?

Press#1: Obviously not..

Ähmed: The same way this whole world is Created by an Owner. Just look how advanced the creation is. Look at the earth, and you see how it's standing on nothing - there aren't any pillars to support it - yet its stayed up for thousands of years. And look at how the resources within the earth have lasted for thousands of years.

Scientists even say that the earth will be destroyed, and we as muslims know that for a fact because the Creator of it tells us:

All that is on earth will perish: (Qur'an 55:26)

But we know that we are here for a reason. Not just to build up our wealth, because if that was the case - we're going to die anyway, so that wealth is going to be of no use.

You see how the most wealthiest and famous among the people have the most difficult of lives because their always afraid that they'll be assasinated, or kidnapped etc. They always find it hard to trust anyone, because that person may only be attatched to them because of their wealth. Yet these are the people that everyone strives to be, even if the person ends up commiting suicide in the end.

This is why, submitting ones self to their Creator is the best form of protection and satisfaction a human can have. They know that their destiny is already written for them, so they don't be afraid of death - they know that they will return to their Creator, and if they followed what Allaah commanded them - then they are promised paradise where the real enjoyment will be.

This world is only a temporary test, and the ones who are successful are the ones who believed in the promise of their Lord, Allaah Almighty.

Press#2: Okay.. but every religion says their the truth. How do we know what is?

Alpha Dude: So, you believe in a Creator? But do you think that we will be created for nothing?

To tell us the difference between wrong and right - Allaah sends us messengers from among mankind, and their main message is to convey that there is none worthy of worship besides their Creator - Allaah.

This has been the same message from Aadam, (peace be upon him) - the first of men, all the way upto Muhammad (peace be upon him.)

We believe that there are a total of 124,000 prophets. This is where the christians went astray because they started calling Jesus (peace be upon him) God [unlike the Jewish extreme which reject him totally, and the christian extreme of claiming him of having divinity]. However, we believe that he is a messenger of Allaah, and is promised a high rank in paradise.

There is no compulsion in religion - but we all are certain of death.. then we will return to our Creator, and be responsible for our actions in this life - good or bad.

On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done).

Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it!

And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it.

(Qur'an Chapter 99: 6-8)

The ones who believed in the promise of their Lord, their Creator and worked righteous deeds - they will be rewarded with paradise, and anyone who rejected the day they would meet their Creator, and His Promise - they will be punished severely because they denied the fact that none should be worshipped but Him.

Press#2: But that guy there was saying something about Jannat? Who's Jannat, and why is she under the shade of swords?

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: Do you want a slap? :mmokay:

Press#1: Noo.. I want to know too. Is she she married? Because you guys were talking about marriage earlier right? :rollseyes

Mazed: Look bro. What brother G-HaD-Ta-Raaza was saying is that Jannah aka Jannat is under the shade of swords. Which can mean that its surrounded by trials, as a test for the mankind.

I know it may seem confusing, but just imagine a teacher giving some students an exam. The people who aren't that clever will get the easier exam right? Whereas the ones who are more knowledgable will get a more tougher exam paper, so if they get a higher mark - they'll be rewarded with a higher position. The same can be said about paradise.

Anyway, this hardship can be through disliked things i.e. fighting against an oppressing power, giving a portion of your wealth to the poor, or fasting - because it instills taqwa into a person.

Press#1: Taqwa? :statisfie

Mazed: Taqwa is having God consciessness - being aware that your Creator is watching over you in everything that you do, hence you fear to disobey Him. Fearing to disobey Him because He punishes the ones who persist in evil. And having that love to obey Him because He will bless you more and more within this life, and the hereafter.

Press#2: I wna talk more about Jannat! :p

chacha_jalebi: U wna talk about Jannat yeh? :D Me got some good info. fo ya - wait up :D

1st of all - Jannah is a reward for the people who believed that no-one should be worshipped except their Creator - Allaah Alone. This is by following Allaah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) - from the Qur'an [the word of Allaah] and the Sunnah [the ways of Allaah's messenger (peace be upon him.)]

By the way - we don't believe Allaah is a he or she, we just say He because linguistically, you would say He. Anyway if you got any questions about that - ask the brothers later on the forum :p

OK - now me got the small print done :D After everyone been judged on da Day of Judgement - the sinless believers will go to paradise. They can have anything they want there, and its all free! FREEBIES!! because they believed in the promise of their Lord and they obeyed Him!! :D :D :D

They will have big mansions there and more!:

mmm... me hungry now! :D

Press#1: The thing is.. it seems kind of hard to believe. No offence?

I understand what you mean about Allaah being the Only Creator. Because obviously if there were others - then the gods would always be challenging each other etc. Plus the idols people worship are just stone and material anyway.. so i agree with the idea that there's only One God who should be worshipped. I just don't understand about the 'hereafter'?

*Meanwhile - brother akulion walks in, but he's standing in the main room, outside the Brothers room.*

Khaldun: What's up brother akulion!? come inside insha'Allaah.

akulion: Wait up! I'm just dropping my wife off in the sisters room. 2 minutes insha'Allaah.

Press#2: Be quick. We have to leave inabit.

Ansar Al-'Adl: If you can believe Allaah can Create this world and everyone/thing inside it - then it's easy to believe that Allaah can bring us to life again. It's a Mercy from Allaah because the ones that had injustice done to them in this world - they can retaliate, and the ones that oppressed others will be judged by the One Mighty in Power.

Just think about Bush or Hitler, and you'll get a smile on your face.

But remember that Allaah's Mercy is Sooo Great that even if they repent sincerely and amend their ways - Allaah will forgive them and grant them paradise. Anyone who's alive in this world has the chance of Allaah's Mercy descending upon him or her. Too bad, Hitler's already dead.

Press#2: Thankyou for the info. But we have to go now.. havn't even got an article for the day. :crickey: Bye!

Khaldun: Is it not time for those who believed to open up their hearts for Allaah's message, and the truth that is revealed herein? They should not be like the followers of previous scriptures whose hearts became hardened with time and, consequently, many of them turned wicked. [Qur'an 57:16]

Know that Allaah revives the land after it had died. We thus explain the revelations for you, that you may understand. [Qur'an 57:17]

Press#2 pulls Press#1's arm - "Let's Go!" Press#1 looks at akulion in the eyes sincerely.. He hesitates, but they both turn around and leave...

akulion: "He seems desperate to find out..." he whispers to himself. *sigh*

Suddenly - the brothers hear a loud scream.

9. She asks why its not showing anything.
10. He tells her "you didn't enter your username and password"

PiXie: Don't worry.. he's not gona eat ya! :p he might eat her though *points at cheese*

cheese: hm.. what if that mouse was reincarnated?

Muslimah_Sis: You know we don't believe that islamically right?

Hana_Aku: People from polytheistic religions mainly follow that ideology.

cheese: True true... but what do they believe?

*charisma*: I think they believe that if they lead a good life, they might be reincarnated into something like a queen or king. But if they do evil, they might turn into something like a snake or a rat.

cheese: Lol - so in their beliefs - ratties probably been a bad boy in the past.. naughty rat! :p

HAJI_HELENA: So what do you think he would have to do to become a good person. What are your opinions?

amirah_87: You never know, he probably promised that he wouldn't steal any cheese ;D

islamgyal: my kittens can probably eat him up :p

cheese: lol wateva.. we don't believe in this stuff anyways.

-----------: STOP IGNORIN ME! Luk yeah, is any1 gona kill da ugly rat or not!?

Don't u even kno about the hadith narrated by Aa'isha radhiAllaahu anha (may Allah be pleased with her)?!

Tayyaba: Oh I know! Can I tell?

-----------: Ayt.. buh some1 beta kil it quik den.

Tayyaba: Okay - Aa'isha (radhiAllaahu anha) narrated that the Messenger of Allaah (sal Allaahu alayhi waSalam - peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“There are four things which are faasiq (corrupt) and may be killed at all times, whether one is in a state of ihraam [for Hajj and ‘Umrah] or not: kites*, crows, mice/rats and mad dogs.” and its Narrated by Muslim, 1198.

-----------: Cleva! So who'z gona kil it den?!

Rabi'ya: You want me to do it? OK - wheres the shoe?

amirah_87: Wait - let me get the shoe with the padlock on! I wonder who's that was anyway ;D ;D

*silence... :rollseyes*

*sister amirah runs off to the shoes room*

islamgyal: i got an idea! Let the mouse go to the corner of the room - then we'll kill it! thats what my cats do!!

-----------: Whats it with you and cats man!?

*charisma*: Don't you know - cats are soo clean, that the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) even did wudhu from the water left over by a cat.

Umm Hamza:  kool! i never knew that.. BarkAllaahu feeki sister.

[MOUSE]ratty: Why don't u just leave me alone.. *squeak*[/MOUSE]

-----------: Did anyone hear that!

Al-Mu'minah: Hear what sister? :?

-----------: Th..the..rat..it.. sp..sppoke :scared:

[mouse] Ha ha! rofl.. they think you're krazy *squeak*[/mouse]

-----------: Wheres the shoe already!

*amirah comes running in* "wait up! its here! i think it was imported from Yemen..

Umm_Shaheed: "Where's my AK?" she whispers to herself. She starts to search through the side pockets of her jilbaab/veil.

[mouse]mouse: -----------, tell her to leave me alone. I hate her.. wallaahi / Allaah di kasmé / By Allaah! i won't steal any cheese today :unhappy: *squeak* [/mouse]

-----------: aww..

Umm_Shaheed: Here it is! *reloads gun - click click* I only had 1 bullet left anywayz..

*Meanwhile - ratty crawls off to his little house, while everyones attention has suddenly diverted to someone else*

A shadow enters into the room. Everything's silent now...

Umm_Shaheed grips her weapon tighter - "whos that?" she whispers..

-----------: I dno...

Halima: Allaah Almighty knows best.

*The shadow silently approaches.. then sits down.*

Umm_Shaheed: Who are you?! And what are you doing here!??

_____ : "I've come here to give you glad tidings/good news..." the voice whispers..

*The room is silent, so everyone hears the voice clearly...*

amirah_87: What did she say!? sorry, i was tring to look for the rat. He's ran away somewhere ;D

Labibah: Shh.. the sister has to say something important.

_____ : Did you hear about the police outside? she asked in a low and quiet whisper.

cheese: Yeah - they get me soo mad.. Allaah azawajal will destroy them like the people of 'Aad and Thamud insha'Allaahu ta'aala.

_____ : Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala does Have the Power to do that.. like you might have seen the hurricane katrina in the US etc. But these miracles were especially for the nations before the Bani Israeel (children of Israeel) - like you said, the people of 'Aad, Thamud, the people of Prophet Lut (peace be upon him) and even Pharoah at the time of Musa (Moses - peace be upon him.) All of them were killed by natural disasters sent by Allaah azawajal!

-----------: How come da bad people aren't destroyed now though?

_____ : That's because Allaah chose for this nation - the nation/ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and for the nation of the Bani Israeel to fight with their own hands against the enemy, and Allaah Almighty would destroy them with the believers hands.

Umm_Shaheed: Yup, with swords and gunz :p

anonymous: But i thought islam was a peaceful religion?

Umm_Shaheed: Yeah it is.. but it's a religion of justice too. So if someone slaps you on the cheek, you have the right to defend yourself.

anonymous: OK :statisfie

Ladee_Maryam: But how did the other nations be protected from the punishment?

Mawaddah: They made hijrah for the sake of pleasing Allaah Almighty. Hijrah is like movig from one place to another, for example - when the muslims were tortured in Mecca for following islam - they made hijrah to Abysinnia & later to Medinah so that they could worship Allaah properly. The same with the nations before.

Also:

In The Noble Qur'an - An-Nisa 4:97-98 - Allaah Almighty says:

Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allâh spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination!

Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way.

and Also:

[22:58] Those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah, and are then slain or die,- On them will Allah bestow verily a goodly Provision: Truly Allah is He Who bestows the best provision.

[22:59] Verily He will admit them to a place with which they shall be well pleased: for Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

It was narrated by Amr Ibn Al-Aas; “When Islam entered my heart, I went to the Messenger of Allah and said: ‘Give me your hand so that I may pledge allegiance to you.’ The Prophet spread his hand, but I withdrew mine. He said, ‘What is wrong Amr?’ I said, ‘I want to make a condition.’ ‘And what is that?’ he said. I said, ‘That Allah will forgive me.’ Then the Messenger of Allah said, ‘Did you not know that Islam wipes out what came before it, and that Hijrah wipes out what came before it and that Hajj wipes out what came before it!’”

It's in Saheeh Muslim, number 121 insha'Allaah.

amirah_87: masha'Allaah thats so kool! Remember when we were in damaaj.. :(

Nawal89: I miss it soo much. Even all the sursurs sometimes wallah.

Mawaddah: Everytime I see those pics I feel like i want to cry too you know :'( :'( I want to go back soooooooo bad , I miss the goats too *sniffle*

Umm_Shaheed: *Ahem* can we carry on now.. :rollseyes

Mawaddah & amirah: Oh.. sorry :statisfie :statisfie

Rabi'ya: So what was the good news you were going to give us sister?

_____ :Allaah azawajal knows best.. but it seems like the hour is near.. This is the first time within our islamic history that we don't have a true islamic political leader. We don't have a proper nation that is running under the islamic shariah' (law.) Our muslim brothers and sisters are being attacked from all sides.

Tayyaba: But how is that good news?

_____ : Does this remind you of anything?

-----------: erm.. nope.

Al-Mu'minah: Oh yeah! The sahabah/companions (may Allaah Almighty be pleased with them) of the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) while in Makkah, never really had a place to make hijrah to.

Only after the Prophet (peace be upon him) got the command from Allaah Almighty - that's when they had the chance to leave.

Halima: Yeah.. they only had the chance to make hijrah to Medinah - 13yrs after the first revelation.

_____ : Na'am (yes) - 20yrs ago, Iraq was the most secular of countries from among the muslim nations, Afghanistan was the most ignorant of islam and it was communist.

The people in Ash-Sham (Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon) were proud of their nationalism instead of Islam.

Have you not seen how all of that has changed suddenly within the past 20yrs?

Now Iraq is fighting back against the enemy. Afghanistan has fought against the communists and now against the oppressors who were their allies in the fight against communism.

The people of Ash-Sham - some are preparing, and some are already fighting back.

Their realising that they can only fight under the flag of 'Laa illaaha illAllaah Muhammadur RasoolAllaah!' (there is none worthy of worship/worthy of being obeyed except Allaah, and Muhammad (peace be upon him is the Messenger of Allaah Almighty.)

They are realising that nationalism won't get them anywhere, except it will make them weaker.

Only when they fight under the flag of islam - only then will they be successful.

Muslimah_Sis: Yeah.. has anyone noticed that those who stand up for islam are being thrown into prison?

The kings and muslimleaders are being tested by Allaah, and some have failed that test. Now it's the scholars turn - will they obey Allaah and His Messenger, or will they fall into the same trap as the kings?

Mawaddah: People will be tested according to their level of imaan/faith - the Prophets have the most severe tests, after them are the scholars - then it keeps going down according to the level of a persons faith. But Allaah azawajal never burdens a soul with more than it can bear.

If the person remains patient, and keeps his/her duty to Allaah - then they may get a higher level or rank in jannah/paradise.

If you don't understand what i mean - this may make it easier to understand insha'Allaahu ta'aala:

From the bottom, of the diagram - you can see that a person's level of emaan (faith) equals out to the form of test the person may have. Therefore, if a person has low emaan, then their test may not be that difficult compared to a person who has more emaan etc.

This is why the prophets had the most emaan (faith) and this is why the difficulty of their tests are of a level higher compared to a person with weaker faith.

However, due to their emaan (faith in Allaah) - it doesn't seem too difficult for them, but a person with that lower faith would not be able to bare it.

The people who have more emaan (faith) will be raised in status in paradise, as long as they have tawaqul (keep their trust) in Allaah Almighty. They should also stay patient, and pray - because dua' (supplication) is one of the best weapons of the believer.

You may notice that our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is right at the top of jannah/paradise - he (peace be upon him) has the highest rank in paradise because he had the most emaan, hence he had the most hardest of trials, and he (peace be upon him) kept his faith in Allaah. Therefore, he (peace be upon him) will be in the highest rank of paradise insha'Allaahu ta'aala.

The same can be said about the prophets, then the sahabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) - then the scholars etc. Each according to their level of faith in Allaah azawajal.

.. and Allaah Almighty knows best.

This is why the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

There will come a time when holding on to your Iman (belief) would be like holding on to hot coal".

Umm_Shaheed: Has anyone noticed - that the hadith about Allaah humiliating the believers, unless they return to fighting fi sabilillah (in the way of Allaah Almighty) has been shown infront of our own eyes.. But now that the muslims are returning to it again, - it might be a sign that victory is close again insha'Allaah!

Tayyaba: True.. true. But there's still alot we have to do.

Ladee_Maryam: Yeah.. Victory comes with patience and striving in Allaah's cause. Just look at the lives of the Prophets and their Companions, their a perfect example for us to follow.

_____ : Just look at the world around you, and you'll realise that this is Allaah's sunnah (way.) Allaah loves the believers soo much that He expiates their sins within this life by giving them trials. These trials are a way of removing the sins of people.

PiXie: But why doesn't Allaah just let them off?

_____ : Allaah is the Most Just, so He tries the muslims, sometimes through wealth, health etc. And sometimes through the disbelievers. This way - it will be a proof on the day of judgement for the expiation of their sins, and the disbelievers won't be able to say that Allaah is being unbiased or unjust etc.

On the other hand - Allaah may hate a disbeliever (who may be arrogant and stingy etc.) so Allaah may give him soo much wealth and power, that he might abuse it. This is his cause of going deeper into the hellfire. A good example of this is Pharoah, at the time of Musa (Moses - peace be upon him.)

-----------: masha'Allaah, i neva thought of it that way before.. :sister: By the way, who are you sister? :)

_____ : I'm imam anwar al-awlaki's sister. :giggling: i got my points from his lecture called:

PiXie: jazak Allaah (may Allaah reward u) sis :)

_____ : true.. we should all realise that we need to follow islam whole heartedly. Otherwise we got no protector. Why should Allaah protect us - if we don't even obey Him?

Islam means submission and we're muslims (the ones who submit.) So we should be proud of it. Forget all this nationalism or racism. We're one ummah (nation) and this is what the enemies and shayateen (devils) hate.

This is what Allaah Almighty loves, and if Allaah loves you - then Allaah will bring victory to this ummah insha'Allaah ta'aala!!

Umm_Shaheed: Takbeer!

lol, some, anyone who gets confused about this hadith:

The only reason it says (am i a murderer?!?) is because if you link a thread/post to another thread - then the title of that thread comes in brackets. So the part 'am i a murderer' has got nothing to do with the hadith insha'Allaah. :)

Yep, but if you've listened to the talk - this victory may lead upto the battles between the muslims and the romans (the white race). Which will lead to ad-dajjal, then 'Eesa ibn Maryam [Jesus son of Mary] (peace be upon him) etc.

So all this will lead to that, and Allaah Almighty knows best. So the victory of the ummah uniting is more closer than the victory of the battlefield.

The battle between the romans and the muslims is already being shown infront of our own eyes. Because it is so obvious that the US and the rest of Europe is working together to attack islam.

Within the battle when imam mahdi will be the leader, the trial/fitnah will be soo great (but due to the difficulty - the reward will be so huge) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him said):

Imam Mahdi will send a battalion of Muslim fighters, from among the best people on earth, to engage them. When the two groups encounter each other face to face, the Romans will request that the Muslims hand over to them those who had fought and captured their Roman brethren. The Muslims will refuse, saying: “We will never hand over our Muslim brothers” (i.e. them Romans had become muslims) thus triggering off a fierce battle. A third of the Muslim army will flee, and Allah will never ever grant them tawba (repentance). A third will be slain, and they will be the noblest martyrs in The Sight of Allah. The surviving third will be victorious, never to suffer defeat thereafter.

Allaah Almighty knows best... but what is going on in the world may really be leading upto the events which lead upto the final hour.

PS. i don't mean offence to calling the romans the 'white race' - but that is what the arabs called the people who are white in skin i.e. the romans.

Fear Allaah!

Gaf-G: Has anyone tasted those strawberry flava cornettos? My brav got sum 2dayz bak.

aamirsaab: Yeah - we got some in our college in the cafeteria. They sick init homie! :p

Gaf-G: 2ryt man. Bare respekt 2 dem cornettoz.

Muezzin: That's right brotha from anotha motha :p

aamirsaab: Nah trust me.. we're related. :rollseyes

Ahmed: Brother zAk, why you gone so quiet?

Far7an: Oh - he's just sorting some thread out in the marriage section.

Ahmed: What section is he checking out?

Far7an: Something like "Would you marry a woman with a fist length beard?"

Ahmed: Oh.. I see. How much replies has it got?

Far7an: Three hundred and twelve (312) .. it just got created 10mins ago.

Ahmed: Oh.. that's normal. But women are allowed to trim it right?

Far7an: Allaahu ta'aala a'lam. (Allaah Almighty knows best.) Wait up.

The scholars on IslamQ&A say:

unless a woman develops a beard or moustache, in which case it is not haraam to remove it, rather that is mustahabb in our view.

Ahmed: jazak Allaahu khayr (may Allaah reward you.)

limitless: So.. erm.. What do you guys think of marriage?

Ahmed: Ask me that in 15years :p

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: Why not try to gain shahadah instead.. I'd rather be with a hoor..hm...

limitless: What's that?

chacha_jalebi: How old r ya!? :D

limitless: About your age.. why? :?

chacha_jalebi: kk safe :D dey dis speshal creation in jannah man.. Any1 got any hadith on em?

Alpha Dude: c'mon bro.. hooris are probably the first islamic thing every guy ever heard. ;D

mujahadeen1: true..

jzcasejz: Yup. i agree :p

Hei Gou: That's why i became muslim..

H4RUN: what?

Ansar al Adl:  You what!?

*Hei Gou leaves the chat*

Muhammad: hm.. is he serious?

Khaldun: Let's leave that upto Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala.

limitless: Yep - but can someone explain then. What are hooris?

chacha_jalebi: Wait up! I found sumtin:

“Therein (Gardens) will be Khairaatun‑Hisaan [fair (wives) good and beautiful]”

[al-Rahmaan 55:70]

“And (there will be) Hoor (fair females) with wide lovely eyes (as wives for Al-Muttaqoon – the pious).

23. Like unto preserved pearls”

[al-Waaqi’ah 56:22, 23]

It was narrated that Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If a woman from among the people of Paradise were to look out over the earth, she would illuminate everything that is in between them, and would fill everything that is in between them with fragrance. And the scarf on her head is better than this world and everything in it.”

lolwateva: masha'Allaah, u just want to get to paradise right now init? :)

mujahadeen1: yeah.. the ones who fight in the way of Allaah - if they're killed - their souls enter into the hearts of green birds and they can go in jannah wherever they want.

In a Hadith Qudsi number 27:

On the authority of Masruq, who said:

We asked Abdullah (i.e. Ibn Masud) about this verse: And do not regard those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead, rather are they alive with their Lord, being provided for (Quran Chapter 3 Verse 169).

He said: We asked about that and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:

Their souls are in the insides of green birds having lanterns suspended from the Throne, roaming freely in Paradise where they please, then taking shelter in those lanterns. So their Lord cast a glance at them (1) and said: Do you wish for anything? They said: What shall we wish for when we roam freely in Paradise where we please? And thus did He do to them three times. When they say that they would not be spared from being asked [again], they said: O Lord, we would like for You to put back our souls into our bodies so that we might fight for Your sake once again. And when He saw that they were not in need of anything they were let be.

(1) i.e. at those who had been killed in the cause of Allah.

It was related by Muslim (also by at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah).

chacha_jalebi: dats well kewl init! :D :D

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: Yeah man.. a one way direct ticket to jannah.. what else could you wish for?

chacha_jalebi: mmm... :p

Ahmed: hm... :statisfie

Mazed: We jus gota work hard to strive for it and be sincere.. shaytans oath was that he would lead all of the children of Aadam (peace be upon him) to the hellfire - except the sincere ones.

So we gota be serious and put our heart 100% into islam.. If we hear a hadith or a commandment from Allaah - we don't delay in following it - but we follow it there and there!

That's what the sahabah did.. And thats why they were successful. We shouldn't be like the Jews and Christians - who chose parts of the book they desired and left the parts they never liked. If we do that - we might end up in hell too, so we shouldn't belittle a sin or even a good deed insha'Allaah.

The Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

"By the One whom there is no other God, one of you does the actions of Paradise until there is just a handspan between him and Paradise and then the book [preordainment] overtakes him and he does the actions of the people of Hell and he enters into it" (Recorded by al-Bukhari and Muslim.)

If anyone thinks they can do sin and be in hell for only a little while.. try putting your finger into the fire. See how long you can keep it there.. remember that the fire of hell is 70 times hotter, it is longer lasting and it's not just your finger that's in the fire - but your whole body.

AnonymousGENDER: The thing is that the beard is kind of tough to keep in the society like today. Anyone agree?

Like women hate it, its tough to get a job if got one.. and all that.

lolwateva: Yeah man.. But we gota realise that we doing it to please Allaah azawajal, then Allaah will find a way out for you insha'Allaah.

..for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out,

And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion.
(Qur'aan 65: 02-03)

Plus - if we keep shaving it - every moment without it we're sinning. So just think about a person who might come on the day of judgement with a scale with loads of sins that they forgot about.

Also, how do we know that the Messenger of Alaah (eace be upon him) won't turn away from us - the same way he turned away from the two kafir persians who had shaved their beards and kept big moustaches? When he (peace be upon him) said; Allaah ordered me to trim the moustache and let the beard grow.

limitless: But what about if you can't find a wife, because she doesn't find the beard attractive?

seeker_of_ilm: Then stay patient and have tawaqul (put your trust) in Allaah. What's the point of marrying a woman if she doesn't prefer the sunnah of Allah's messengers over others? All 124,000 of them prophets had a beard and trimmed the moustache because that is part of our fitrah.

Allaah azawajal says in the Qur'aan:

"Say, [O Muhammad, to mankind]: If you love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you." For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Al'Imran 3/31)

"So long as they are true to you, be true to them; Indeed, Allah loves those who keep their duty." (at-Tawbah 9/7)

"And do good; Indeed, Allah loves those who do good." (al-Baqarah 2/195)

AnonymousGENDER: My parents don't allow it though? :(

Ansar al Adl: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no obedience to any created being if it involves disobedience towards the Creator.”

Mazed: Remember that Rasulullah (sal Allaahu alayhi waSalam) said:

A woman is married for four reasons, for her religion, her property, her status, her beauty, so you should choose one with religion. May you prosper. (Sahih Muslim)

So the pious girl will prefer the beard, or atleast won't discourage her husband from having it.

So we shouldn't obey our wife or anyone, if it's going to disobey Allaah - because that will lead to that person becoming your critic later on in life anyway.

limitless: I wish all women liked the beard.. :(

chacha_jalebi: Get da pious one den init! :D :D Go 2 the majid or some kind of islamic matrimonial thingy. If you be intereted in someone - you could ask your mahram sister or mom to go meet the girl to ask, or you could go upto the gurls wali (guardian) and ask him :p

limitless: lol I wna get married real bad now..

Far7an: Trust me, it takes alot of commitment and hard work.

It is the mens right "that you provide for their food and clothing generously" and it is the womans right "not let anyone whom you dislike in the house, walking upon your floor." (Related by Ibn Majah and Tirmidhi who declared it Hasan Saheeh)

You have to live with them kindly too: Allaah azawajal says; Live with them on a footing of kindness and equity (4:19)

Ansar al Adl:

It is reported that a man came to 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab raa to complain about his wife's ill-temper. While he was waiting for 'Umar to come out of his house, he heard 'Umar's wife scolding him and 'Umar quietly listening to her, and not answering her back. The man turned around and started walking away, muttering to himself: "If that is the case with 'Umar, the leader of the believers, who is famous for his uprighteness and toughness, then what about poor me?!" At that moment, 'Umar came out of his house and saw the man walking away. He called him and said, "What is it you want of me, O man?" The man replied: "O leader of the believers, I came to complain to you about my wife's bad-temper and how she nags me. Then I heard your wife doing the same to you, so I turned around, muttering to myself, 'If that is the situation of the leader of the believers, then what about me?'" 'Umar replied, "O my brother, I bear with her because of her rights over me. She cooks my food, bakes my bread, washes my clothes, breast-feeds my child...and yet none of these are her duty;* and then she is a comfort to my heart and keeps me away from forbidden deeds. Consequently, I bear with her." The man said, "It is the same with me, O leader of the believers." 'Umar said: "Then, O my brother, be patient with her, indeed this life is short.

(Adh-Dhahabi, Al-Kabâ'ir 194)

Dr. M. Moinuddin Siddiqui, who has translated Al-Kabâ'ir into english, includes the following footnote in the place I have marked above with an asterisk[*]:

According to the Shari'ah, a Muslim wife has no obligation to do all this; rather, it is the husband's obligation to take care of it [either himself or] by hiring a servant (or even, in the case of breast-feeding, a wet-nurse). Therefore, if a woman does this, it is out of good-will and compliance on her part, not because it is obligatory on her, and consequently it is a cause for appreciation and helpfulness on the part of her husband. (Translator)

limitless: You think its better to get married to a younger girl or older?

_salam_: Islamically - it doesn't really matter. But socially, you're better off with someone abit younger or same age. Because girls feel insecure sometimes.. they think you'll run off with some next gurl once she's gone older :p

AnonymousGENDER: ;) ;D

jzcasejz: lol nah man - we gota fear Allah in stuf lyk dat. ratha be patient for hoor-ul-'ayn init ;)

Brother_Mujahid - Yeah man..

Once, there was a man who went outside and in the town center he touched a woman in a haraam way. Later in the day, he returned home and his wife told him that another man outside had touched his wife unlawfully too. The guy learnt a strong lesson from this and said subhan Allaah, that i never did anything more to that woman, or else that other man would do the same to my wife.

So whenever you do anything, just think twice before doing it and ask yourself - what i'm doing, is it lawful? And if it is sinful, your wife may be doing it too - and sins are what lead to a person distancing from Allaah Almighty, which then leads a persons life to become corrupt, which affects the other spouse too, then it causes the love to distance, which makes shaytan take advantage of you and the marriage breaks up.

Some of the famous scholars of islam would even say that if they commited more sins, their own animals i.e. their camels would act different and disobey the owner etc. And because salaah (prayer) is the most important pillar of islam, if we don't focus on that - then the rest of our faith and life is most likely to get destroyed.

mahdisoldier: Woah! that's krazy man! That means we shouldn't try doing something that isn't right with any other woman who isn't our mahram.

Otherwise - some guy might try to do that wth our women too init?!

Mazed: yeah man.. might aswell fear Allaah, cuz its a major sin.. or else we the fuel for hell..

Khaldun: You guys ever read the meaning of surah al baqarah? (2nd chapter in the Qur'aan)

Ahmed: Yeah - kinda. Why?

Khaldun: Has anyone read the verses on divorce?

Far7an: Why u talking about that man? Don't wna get there insha'Allaah.

Khaldun: Yeah.. it's just that some scholars say that theres a wisdom in those verses.

Download: http://quran.jalisi.com/

Realise that when Allaah Almighty mentions the verses on divorce in the Qur'an, right in the middle of all them verses - Allaah Almighty says:

There is no blame on you if ye divorce women before consummation or the fixation of their dower; but bestow on them (A suitable gift), the wealthy according to his means, and the poor according to his means;- A gift of a reasonable amount is due from those who wish to do the right thing.(2:237)

And if ye divorce them before consummation, but after the fixation of a dower for them, then the half of the dower (Is due to them), unless they remit it or (the man's half) is remitted by him in whose hands is the marriage tie; and the remission (of the man's half) is the nearest to righteousness. And do not forget Liberality between yourselves. For Allah sees well all that ye do.(2:238)

Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer (Asr Prayer); and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind). (2:239)

If ye fear (an enemy), pray on foot, or riding, (as may be most convenient), but when ye are in security, celebrate Allah's praises in the manner He has taught you, which ye knew not (before). (2:240)

For divorced women Maintenance (should be provided) on a reasonable (scale). This is a duty on the righteous. (2:241)

Thus doth Allah Make clear His Signs to you: In order that ye may understand. (2:242)

So directly in between the verses of divorce in the Qur'an, Allaah Almighty tells us:

Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer (Asr Prayer); and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind). (2:239)

Some scholars say that the wisdom of Allaah Almighty is so powerful that right in between these verses of divorce, Allaah mentions that we should guard our salaah (prayers.)

Due to our lack of faith, and because our sins - and because we do not perform our prayers either on time, or properly (with the right frame of mind) etc. these are the things that can lead to divorce, and therefore if we guard our prayers - Allaah Almighty will guard our marriage insha'Allaah, and therefore you should work your best to guard your salaah and Allaah Almighty will insha'Allaah help you in your marriage.

Mazed: Can you elaborate? :?

Khaldun: I'm trying to say that sins are what break a marriage apart. So if you keep sinning, it may cause more arguments between the couple, till they end up in a divorce.

And you all know the hadith:

Jabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Iblis places his throne upon water; he then sends detachments (for creating dissension); the nearer to him in rank are those who are most notorious in creating dissension. One of them comes and says: I did so and so. And he says: You have done nothing. Then one amongst them comes and says: I did not spare so and so until I sowed the seed of discord between a husband and a wife. The Satan goes near him and says: 'You have done well. A'mash said: He then embraces him. (Sahih Muslim Book 039, Hadith Number 6755.)

So stay away from sin.. but if you ever fall into sin - be regretful, and be the best of sinners - the ones who regret and beg Allaah for forgiveness. Do it quick, before Allaah brings down upon you a trial or calamity.. Because if you die before repenting, you will be responsible for that sin.

seeker_of_ilm: I remember, there was a brother who got married. He and his wife used to pray Qiyaam-ul-Layl (the night prayer) together. Their marriage was really blessed masha'Allaah.. after a while - they started investing in shares just as a business, but their shares dropped.

They never knew what to do, so they got a loan which involved interest.. but they couldn't keep up the payment - so they had to sell items from their house.

After a while - they started complaining to each other. They probably forgot about their salaah (prayers.) When one day - the wife was soo angry, she said "Why don't you just divorce me then!" The husband was angry too.. "Talaaq!" "Talaaq!" "Talaaq!" (I divorce you) (I divorce you) (I divorce you!)

They really regret it now...

Alpha Dude: Yeah.. sins can break up a marriage soo easily, and shaytan tries to cause that, even if they do start off with something permissible at the beginning. So we gota fear, and remember Allaah through everything we do.

G-HaD-Ta-Raaza: You know.. about what happened to that couple bro seeker - Allaah wages war against two types of people:

1) The ones who wage war against Allaah's awliya (friends)

2) The people who deal with interest.

A scholar said that anyone who deals in interest, get your weapons ready, because on the day of judgement, you're going to fight against Allaah and His messenger (peace be upon him.)

Let's seek refuge in Allaah from that.. :(

Ahmed: That's scary...

H4RUN: Yeah.. jus gota stay away from it insha'Allaah.

limitless: ..But what can a person do to make their marriage secure?

Mazed: The first point has to be to keep their duty to Allaah, and to fear to disobey Him in everything we do.

So don't try to do anything haraam outside of marriage like Brother_Mujahid was saying earlier.

limitless: Yeah.. I understand that now.. But like - how can I.. you know :-[

Far7an: Oh. lol. You just got to show her you're commited and give her attention alot. They like that.

limitless: How can i do that?

Far7an: Make her feel secture, and make her feel that you're going to be with her through the good and bad insha'Allaah.

The Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

"The best of you are those that are best to their wives" (Tirmidhi)

So be kind to her, because i've heard of brothers who act really kind to all their friends, but just when they get home - they take all their anger out on their wives and family.

The Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

"Employ taqwa (fear of Allaah/God consciessness) and kindness, for indeed kindness was never in a thing but it adorned it, and never was it removed from a thing but it disgraced it." (Bukhaari and Muslim)

And also, he (peace be upon him) said:

"People! Follow my advice concering the kind treatment of wives. (I order you to treat your wives with kindness and love) The woman has been created from the rib and the rib is curved by nature, and tthe greatest curve is in its upper part. If you try to straighten the curved rib by force, it will break - and if you leave it alone, it will remain curved forever.

So follow my advice and treat your wives kindly and well." (Bukhari)

Even feed her if you get the chance :p

"The believer is rewarded for (every good action), even for the morsel he raises to his wife's mouth." (Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 537.)

But you should do it with the intention of pleasing Allaah Almighty.

Remember:

..live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and Allah brings about through it a great deal of good. (4:19)

And also:

..it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not. (2:216)

If you ever feel helpless, then keep remembering Allaah - because if you remember Allaah through the easy times, He will help you through the difficult times.

And for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out,

And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion. (Qur'aan 65: 2-3)

And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For Allah is with those who patiently persevere: (Qur'aan 8:46)

limitless: jazak Allaah bros! (may Alaah reward you) :)

Far7an: Anytime insha'Allaah.. just remember what the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

If Allaah has blessed any of you with a good wife, He has helped him with half of his religion, so he should fear Allaah with regard to the other half. (Al-Haakim.)

The Trip

~pInK cHiCk~: I'm bored man..

Umm Hamza - Why? what's up? :?

~pInK cHiCk~: What do you think am bangin on about  I said i got nothin to do :(

*Umm_Shaheed enters the chat*

Umm_Shaheed: Asalamu 'alykum warhamatulahi wabarakatuh.

Umm Hamza: :w: warahmatulah

~pInK cHiCk~: :w:

Umm_Shaheed: You're supposed to say the full Salaam..

When a (courteous) greeting is offered you, meet it with a greeting still more courteous, or (at least) of equal courtesy. Allah takes careful account of all things. (Qur'aan Surah Nisa [4]: 86)

Umm Hamza: Oh yeah. jazak Allaah for the reminder sis.

~pInK cHiCk~: Ayt.. :( :wasalamex

Umm_Shaheed: wag1 wit u sis? (what's going on with you sis?)

~pInK cHiCk~: Nothin.. shall we do somethin? I'm heavy bored..

Umm_Shaheed: Ayt, safe safe. What u wna do den?

Umm Hamza: Can u sisters stop talking slang? I don't understand what you're talking about. What if i started talking danish :X

Umm_Shaheed: lol.. sorry.

~pInK cHiCk~: My bad.

Umm Hamza: No.. it's just, you know what the Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) said:

"When you are three together, two should not speak together privately apart from the other one until you come together with other people because that might upset him."

~pInK cHiCk~: I'll remember that insha'Allaah. Good stuff sister, barak Allaahu feeki.

Umm Hamza: One minute, sorry I got a call.

Umm_Shaheed: OK No worries.

~pInK cHiCk~: Soo.. what ringtone you got on yo fone sis?

Umm_Shaheed: who me? :?

~pInK cHiCk~: Who else!

Umm_Shaheed: lol calm down.. I got mine on silent. What you got?

~pInK cHiCk~: I pump my nasheeds on it man! I put the bass on Extra Xtra High and the duff sound iz nex level! :p

Umm_Shaheed: masha'Allaah.. i might just try that next time. :okay:

Umm Hamza: Okay listen, i got a call from the sisters.

~pInK cHiCk~: What did they say?

Umm Hamza: They said they want to meet in the park.

~pInK cHiCk~: kool, shall we go now?

Umm Hamza: Yeah c'mon. Let's go insha'Allaah.

*The sisters leave and set off to the Park*

~pInK cHiCk~: Do you wna go in my M3? :p

Umm_Shaheed: Yeah kool!

*Meanwhile in the park*

Halima: You should have told her to get some snacks.

Al-Mu'minah: Yeah, i was gona. She hung up too early though :(

*In the car*

~pInK cHiCk~: I wonder why they called us anyway..

Umm Hamzah: I don't know. I could hear alot of sisters while sis Al-Mu'minah was talking.

Umm_Shaheed: Lol, go really fast sis ~pInK cHiCk~ and i'll be like those iranian police women :p I still got my AK with me alhamdulillah!

Media Tags are no longer supported

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppNwvsbDTzA

~pInK cHiCk~: Nah - we'll get fedz (police) on our case.. lets keep a low profile insha'Allaah. :shade:

Umm_Shaheed: Seeeeeeeeeen! :shade:

Umm Hamzah: kool :shade:

*In the sisters area*

Al-Mu'minah: No we don't need more moderating sisters in this section.

Anonymous: But the mod sisters don't be active enough in our section..

Al-Mu'minah: But don't we delete the things that need to be deleted, and move the threads from the main forum that need to be moved?

Ameeratul Layl: Yeah.. you do that.

Labibah: So we're doing our duty as mods right?

Ameeratul Layl: Yeah, but please try to be more active please.

Mod sisters: Sure insha'Allaah.

*Suddenly - they hear a loud ear piercing sound*

..Muslim-4eva..: What was that?!

Nusaybah: I don't know..

piXie: Whoeva it is, it better be a sis insha'Allaah.

*4 sisters come out of a car*

Ladee_Maryam: I think we need to fix the breaks in your car sister.

Safa: We'll sort it out some time insha'Allaah.

Angel: Everyone got their phones with them?

Ashley: Yeah, got it alhamdulillah.

piXie: Alhamdulillah! it's a sister! :sl: :welcome:

Safa: :wasalamex g'day mate! :p

Tayyaba: Are all the sisters here now?

Muslim 4 Life: No - we're still waiting for 3 to come yet insha'Allaah.

~pInK cHiCk~: "Nah, we're here now!" she said as she left her car.

*The 3 sisters joined the group in their Halaqa*

Umm_Shaheed: How long you been waiting for us?

Hajar: Not long, we were just waiting for everyone to get together.

hyper~gal: kool - so we got no-one else to wait for now?

*Salma*: Nope.

madeenahsh: OK - Let's go then insha'Allaah. Everyone get up and follow me.

*All the sisters leave the park, and begin to follow*

Daffodil: Where we gna go?

Hana_aku: we'll find out in a while insha'Allaah.

*On the other side of the park*

akulion: Look man, they walking off again.

Far7an: Get used to it.. I only came here cause my wife forced me to.

akulion: hm.. I know what you mean.

Dawud_uk: Why do women act like that?

akulion: hm... good question.

Far7an: hmm... :-\

[zÂk enters the conversation]

zÂk: hmmmmmmmm........................ :-\ What you guy's talking about? :uhwhat

Dawud_uk: Nah.. it's nothing.

akulion: Nothing really..

zÂk: ok.. :uhwhat

H4RUN was feeling cold, so he was wearing his black jumper :p

Alpha Dude: I heard you got a rolex? How much is it in the market?

*H4RUN opens his briefcase*

H4RUN: You interested in Original top of the range, top of the mill, Rado watches, scratch proof screen...untill u scratch it that is.. Just a fiver under 50, come and get 'em,

once the man with the deal has gone, he's gone.. :D ... Or i can sell you the whole thing :coolious:

*Alpha Dave looks to his left, right & then back*

Alpha: "..Okay, i'll buy it all.. capiche?" he whispers. [But little does he know is that Allaah Almighty is the Watcher over everything..]

H4RUN: well thats luvly jubly, gotta a whole load of them in the ol' van :thumbs_up

Taymullah: Everyone got their suitcases ready?!

Muhammad: I've got the food alhamdulillah.

Ansar al Adl: "i think we should go aswell now insha'Allaah" he whispers to himself, while stroking his beard.

He stands up: " Calm down brothers! I think it's about time that we set off too insha'Allaah. Follow me."

*Alpha Dude closes his briefcase while Muhammad struggles to carry 10 bags of food.*

Far7an: zÂk! wake up.. the Prophet (sall-Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Every morning and every evening say, O Allah! I seek refuge in you from anxiety and grief, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardliness, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men.”

*H4RUN puts the profit he earned in his back pocket, and zÂk ( :uhwhat ) wÂkes up from his sleep.*

To be continued....

Part One with the help of Br.FI

PART 0NE

The Break In and Hijab Talk

Whilst all the sisters are unwinding in the shoutbox lounge, Amani, Arwa, Labibah and Umm_Shaheed head to the Sister's Daily Rantbox Room…

Amani: Sister’s, you’ll never believe what?

Sisters: What?!

Amani: I brought this stunning Niqab the other day :p

Arwa: Let’s see...

*looking in her shopping bags*

Amani: *mumbling to her self* which bag did I put it in :offended:

Arwa: You and shopping ey? :rollseyes

Amani: Don't even try it- you shop just as much as I do:giggling:

Arwa:
:p

Amani: Ah! Here. I found it

Labibah: Masha Allah it’s so beautiful

Arwa: Wow...

Amani: It is so comfortable, light and easy to wear...plus its got an extra piece so if one may wish- cover the eyes as well ….

Labibah: excellent…

Umm_Shaheed: Can I try it on

Amani: Of course, you can sis

*Hands over the Niqab*

Amani:
awww wow....you look so beautiful

Arwa: It makes your eyes stand out more...they look a lot bigger Masha Allah tabarakallah:)

Labibah:
It really suits you sis

Umm_Shaheed: awww really?

Amani: Yeah sis

Umm_Shaheed: Does anyone have a mirror.

Arwa *Digging through her handbag* Hands over a mirror to Umm_Shaheed

Umm_Shaheed: Jazakillahu Khayr Ukhti

Arwa: Wa Iyyaki

Umm_Shaheed: I wish my dad would let me wear it...

Labibah: Don't worry sister...

"And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him. He will make a way for him to get out (from) every (difficulty), and He will provide him from (sources) he could never imagine." (Qur'an, 65:2-3)

Umm_Shaheed: Yeah :(

Amani: Trust me, you know that we're not allowed to disobey the Creator, even if it means disobeying the creation.

Plus;'A'ishah (radhiAllaahu anha) writ a letter to Mua'wiya (radhiAllaahu anhu) once and she said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah say, 'If anyone seeks the pleasure of people at the expense of the wrath of Allah, Allah will entrust him to them until the one who praised him becomes his critic. If anyone seeks the pleasure of Allah at the expense of people, Allah will be enough for him against them.'"

Arwa: subhan Allaah! i never knew that

Labibah: Wow you learn something new in Islam all the time!

Arwa: Increase in Salaah (prayer), Du’a and Sabr Ukhti.

Umm_Shaheed: How can i do that..:-\

amani: This is a really good site: http://makedua.com

Arwa: Oh yeah! that's the one with dua's and stuff from authentic ahadith and stuff init?

Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatulaahi Wa Barakatuh.

Alright, alright here is part 3!

PART THREE

Appeared before the sisters were two shadowy figures talking amongst themselves

searchingsoul : Did you view that thread?;D

Glo: Yeah that one was hilarious;D

searchingsoul: I loved that picture though:giggling: :giggling:

Glo: No, I thought the other one looked better…;D ^o)

Umm_Shaheed:  How did they…?

Labibah: I don’t know sister but I ought to find out!

Glo: Hi Girls

searchingsoul: Hello

Amani: *In a squeak * Hi

madeenahsh: Greetings ladies

Labibah: Greeting Ladies. How did you get in here?

searchingsoul: It’s a free country….

Labibah: This is serious. This is a private area, which has its rules and regulations….

Glo: :rollseyes

Labibah: Do you understand how serious this is?

Umm_Shaheed: Yeah you just violated one of the rules

searchingsoul: Well, someone must have forgotten to check our religious background…

Glo: We meant no harm. Just curious about this place…
^o)
Arwa: They say “curiosity killed that cat”

Glo: :ooh:

madeenahsh *Kicks Arwa*

Arwa: Aw! :hiding:

madeenahsh: Welcome our fellow Christians…please take a seat…

Glo: Thanks :D

searchingsoul and Glo are astonish at the site of Umm_Shaheed and can’t help but stare.

Umm_Shaheed: Oh you like my Niqab…

Glo: The what…?:?

madeenahsh: This a piece of cloth worn by some Muslim women to conduct themselves and guard their modesty..

Glo: Oh really? Why would anyone do that? :?

madeenahsh: Modesty is a very important characteristic of Islam… the Hijab is a commandment from God, Most High…

"And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts from sin and not show of their adornment except only that which is apparent, and draw their headcovers over their necks and bosoms and not reveal their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women (i.e., their sisters in Islam), or their female slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants free of physical desires, or small children who have no sense of women's nakedness. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah altogether, O you Believers, in order that you may attain success.[An-Nur, 24:31]

And also Allah says:

O Prophet, Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their outer garments about themselves (when they go out). That is better so that they may be recognised and not molested. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. [Al-Ahzaab, 33:59]

searchingsoul: Its only for women because all I see is Muslim women dressed from head to toe in black mostly? *confused*

Labibah: Indeed, it is for both men and women

madeenahsh: Allah says in the Quran:

Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That is purer for them. Verily, Allâh is All-Aware of what they do. .[An-Nur, 24:30]

So as can be seen Hijab was first address to the man and then to the woman.

Glo: Right…but why do women have to cover more….

Amani: The reason cited for the difference in required clothing between men and women in this matter is the difference in their anatomies. Therefore, both men and women are excepted to dress simply, modestly and with dignity. Men have to grow their beards, wear loose and unrevealing clothing from their navel to theirs knee.

Labibah: Check this site out http://muttaqun.com/malehijab.html

Glo: Cool thanks.

Arwa: There are 7/8 conditions of the Hijab:

1. The whole body, except for the exempted parts should be covered.
2. But any veil, which in itself becomes an attraction, is to be avoided.
3. Garments should not be semi-transparent.
4. Dress should not be tight fitting.
5. Garments should not be perfumed.
6. The form of dress should not in any way resemble that of men.
7. It should not resemble that of non-believers.
8. Garments should not reflect worldly honor

searchingsoul: That is a lot regulations…but isn’t that restricting the women’s freedom and free-will to dress as she pleases.

Umm_Shaheed: What? So those that dress scantily are deemed free? No of course, it does not restrict the woman. In fact, it protects her honor. This dress minimizes sexual enticement and degradation in society for both men and women! It is firstly obedience to God. As He is the One who created us and knows what is best for His creation and has decreed the Hijab for the women.

Allah says: "There is no compulsion in the religion." (Surah al-Baqara verse 256)

madeenahsh: The hijab isn’t an innovation. It is a Biblical command too. Women wore the Hijab and dressed modestly.

Glo: Really? ^o)

madeenahsh: See: I Corinthians 11:5, Genesis 24:65, Ruth 3: 15 and Isaiah 3:23

You know Jesus pbuh ordered men not to look at women lustfully.

” Do not comite adultery.” But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already commited adultery with her in his heart”
Mathew: 5,27,28

Labibah: What I can’t comprehend is why some think just because a woman wears less cloths she must be FREE…and if a woman decides to reject what “Man” tells her not “God” then she must be oppressed and trapped!

searchingsoul: perhaps, because she has the chose to wear what she wants and Muslim women don’t.

Labibah: I beg to differ. Women of the West don’t entirely have 100% choice of how to dress.

Glo: What do you mean?

Labibah: The law sets limitation regarding what you can expose…you can wear a mini-skirt and a tiny top but you can’t entirely go naked. That would be a criminal offense. Covering them slightly is a sign of liberation for women though….

Glo: hmmm…

Arwa: We have our free will whether to submit to God or not….

"There is no compulsion in the religion."

It is in our best interest whether we want to obey Allah. If we do not follow His commands then we are deemed as disobedient slaves and we will be accountable for our actions in the Day of Judgment.
