I''ve been worried lately you know when a person is commiting haraam and they fear someone they know from the community might see them and they have this great amount of anxiety and fear in them, say if you don't get that same level of fear when your commiting that sin in privete when allah is watching you have you commited shirk since you've had more fear of a person then your lord.

i think you should think about your worry. if your worry is "what people will say?", you are at the situation in suraatul maun. i think we should think:)

A true Muslim will fear only Allah and the day of Judgement. Fear of a person that surpasses the fear of Allah can be called shirk.

In Islam there are four different types of Fear

1. Fear which is associated with Ibaadah (Worship). And this is the Fear of Allah alone. And this is the type of fear which is required of every Muslim

2. Fear which is Shirk. And this is when a person fears someone or something other than Allah. And his fear for this person or thing is Like his fear for Allah, or even More than his fear of Allah. This is definitely Shirk because as we all know, we're not supposed to fear anything Above Allah.

3.Fear which is Ma'siyah (disobedience). And that is when a person fears another person until this fear of his causes him to leave of something which is waajib on him, or causes him to do something which is haram for him to do even though he is not under Ikraah , a life threatening situation.

4.Fear which is natural . And this is like a persons natural fear of wild animals, snakes etc. And this is of course allowed just as long it does not exceed it's limit.
