radio thing

i just wondering how this radio thing works.. does it always play stuff by yusuf estes? how do we know what is playing? is it an actual radio station? and is there a way to know how much longer there is for the lecture to finish? is it 24 hrs? is there some kind of timetable thing that we can look at? er anad what does 4/60 @ 32 kb mean? :?
