What's the best University in Malaysia?

Please, if you could, list the top 10. I'll do a thorough check on them.

See, my problem is that I'll be leaving high school (secondary school) in less than two years, and I have to make a decision. I was thinking about going to a top American college, but then recently I've thought....why tie myself down to just one nation?

I've explored options in other English speaking nations, mainly England and Australia, but I've also looked into many predominately Islamic nations, and I've now come to thinking about Malaysia.

Tell me about the University system there, and life there as well, job opportunities if I were to stay, and also if there would be a great language barrier.

Thank you for the time:)

International Islamic University Malaysia used English as the medium of instruction plus you have to learn Arabic, recite Al Quran and learn some Islamic studies there.

10% of the students are internationals from 90 countries worldwide.

Of all universities in Malaysia, I think IIUM suits International Muslims.

International Islamic University Malaysia (IIU)
Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM)
Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)
Universiti Malaya (UM)
Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)
Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Serdang, Selangor
Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)
Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)
Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai, Johor
Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)

I found that list of Universities at wikipedia.org, and IIU seems to be pretty good, so I'll take your suggestion. But, if you know personally which of those universities is the most prestigious, that would be good to know.

Thanks for the Advice!

Now, that there is amazing, thanks a lot. It seems as of IIU is the best option out there. I personally thought it was a bit of a taboo for an Islamic University to be so successful, even in a predominately Islamic nation, but my questions are answered, and all so well.

Thank You for your time and advice.

Actually, companies love IIU graduates because they are the most fluent in English.

That there makes the deal even more impressive, I'm convinced.
