Well, Reps are nothing really (doesn't mean u stop giving them ;D)....For all the hardwork of the staff as well as the members, we should give out like some sort of digital certificate that stays in the Profile, for e.g. bro zAk (sorry didn't want to mention TOO MANY names :p) has got that cool text that says "first to reach 10,000 posts" (:mmokay:)....So instead of that there shud be like a kind of picture of certificate(s ;))......

Helpfulness, Post attitude ;), post content....etc.

1.the time when will be given- like monthly or...
2.Will be only one reward or will be on types, like what you wrote above: attitude, knowledge
3.You have to establish the text

Please do not free post, even if you feel overwhelmed by the idea of getting a digital certificate. The most sensible suggestion by far is brother Far7ans.
