The only thing is, I cannot find any pictures of 'grain structure' and 'grain boundaries' its to do with metals.
Could anyone help?

I would suggest looking in the library of a University for the particular topic you are searching for, grain structure and boundaries with metals.
Have you asked your teacher about this? They should know some books inshaAllah.

The way i studied for Phys was:
Go topic by topic (and start from very basics), and make notes that follow the syllabus, if there's a hard point, write out a solved problem to use as reference when you do excercies.
After you'ev summarised the topic, do many problems,
After you've gone through all the topis for that exam paper, do many past paeprs under exam conditions. Inshalh that'll get u 2 speed.
All the best :D eid mubarak btw.

If you google for galvanizing or Magnaflux you should get some real nice pictures of metal crystalization and/or granulation.
