Knowing Somalia and much of the "tribal" world's old ways of inter-ethnic/tribal bickering, I thought the ICU was another scam job by the Mogadishu militia left over from Aidid, but I see differently.
I saw how hard the ICU fought against crime, but wow, I now finally like them.
