Allah ta3aala says in the qur'aan:
"alladheena idhaa assaabat hum museebatun qaalu innna lillaahi wa innaa ilayhi raaji3uun"
Those who when faced by a calamity say verily to Allah we belong and vwrily to him we will return"
baqarah 156.
