salam
Alhamdulillah Croydon Masjid has established to run a channel on FM radio for the whole month of Ramadhan. The programmes will include:

-Daily recitation of Surah Yaseen, Tabaarak, Waaqiah, Alif Laam Sajdah and Kahf
-3 Juz of the Holy Quran with English & Urdu translation
-Tafseer
-Fiqh
-Seerah
-Lectures in English & Urdu
-Learn the Arabic Language
-Children’s Programmes
-Daily Durood & Zikr
-Contemporary Issues
-Live Questions & Answers by Mufti Ebraheem Desai (of askimam.com) of South Africa
-Daily advice by different Ulamas
-Taraweeh broadcast from the Haram of Makkah-tul-Mukarramah & from Croydon Mosque
-And many more programmes.

The radio station is 101.5 and will commence from September 22nd inshallah.

i think all lectures will be given live by our imams throughout the whole ramadhan and only outer input will be q&a of mufti desai of askimam,com and the live broadcast of taraweeh from the haram of makkah

alhamdulilah good to hear der are ramadan radios everywhere...inshalah will tune in.....or listen online...will try....

another ramadan radio in east end(whitechaple) called MCR(muslim community radio), the station is 101.4FM.....it will include most of the programmes bro MST mentioned....such as, shows for women, run by women - children's show, Fiqh sessions, quizzes, Bangla programmes, Somali programmes, Arabic programmes, youth programmes and of course light entertainment programmes! its gna start on da 22nd september 2006 @ 10:30pm inshalah....

I watch ARY on sattelite, they recite the quran and have many islamic programs running through out the month of ramadan.

yeah they do...dnt have access to that channel........am always watching islam channel.....live teraweeh makkah.....and many programmes dedicated to ramadan.....other channel such as.....channel s and bangla TV(bengali channels)........

i prefer audios esp MCR.........and live teraweeh on islam channel and and and my mum and dad usually watch bangla channel.......u can learn from both mashalah...

are u the presenter in any of the shows? or u planning?
