What are the renowned institutions for learning Arabic? It can be anywhere around the world.
The institution must be able to cater for students with near zero Arabic skill and take them to full comprehension of the language.

Please note, I am refering to places that teach Arabic as a language. Although a focus on the Qur'an would be an advantage.

Thanks for reading.

Remadhan Kareem. :)
