Drink lots of water brother. Do not consume to many tomatoes because the seeds within them result or could cause a kidney stone. Eat a variety of healthy food. And again, lot of water. Since we (Canadians) have this issue with kidneys. Mostly due to the cold weather we consume less water. Lastly, drink the carn berry juice.

For kidney stones the following foods are appropriate either for avoiding or eating. As always, check with your doctor and have appropriate blood work done before following any of this suggestion.

Foods to consider avoiding:
Oxalate combines with calcium to form insoluble crystals that make up most kidney stones.
Hence it is a good idea to avoid most oxalate foods like
beans, beets, green peppers, spinach (seems to produce the most oxalate),cocoa, chocolate, tea, peanuts, peanut oil, salt (causes more excretion of calcium in urine),lots of meat, soft drinks (have phosphoric acid) and wheat bran

And yes, drink a lot of water.
