Vivevo li per qualche tempo..
It's one of the languages you'll always 'try' to learn
They speak dialetto,wherever you go,Dialetto milanese,,romano,,napolitano e.t.c:enough!:
It's easy to learn when you mingle with them
but the grammar is hard,
The verb has to go with the 'gender' of the subject of the sentence
e.g. Sono cresciuta in Inghilterra~female
Sono cresciuto in Inghilterra~male
*I grew up in England*
:exhausted

Yea but the easy thing is that they spell it how its read.

Sono is read exactly like that. I think that makes it easy. Plus its only a handful of differences, o, a, and a couple others.

Vivevo li per qualche tempo..<<< Vivevo? what does that mean, tempo meaning times? Vivevo I dont have aclue, viveRo? We live in? Li Per in a? Qual Che, I would have thought qualce but you wrote qual che which makes me think its two words.

Man am getting rusty, so sis what does it mean?

Somalina

The verb is 'Vivere'
'Vivevo' is the Past continuous:thumbs_up
'Vivero' is future tense
'LI' there.
qual che. you are separating it,it's one word.means 'Some'
You put the pieces together but can't figure the obvious meaning
Indeed you are getting rusty:X ,Scherzo

Means 'I lived there for some time'

What does ' Ta amorey miyo' mean? I remember an ethiopian friend telling me this, but I forgot the meaning completely. Does it have something to do with love?

Wa'alaikumSalaam
Wa Aleykum Salam,

Ta? Ti I would have guessed would be appropiate. She should have said, Ti Amore miA' miyo or mio would be masculine as if you are a guy.

You are my beloved, or Ti you are kinda, amore, love mia, female mine
