Very simple, it doesn't matter about what software you use. It's your skill that is important here. You can use paint to merge pictures together...

Ok, but an easy one to use would be Microsoft Powerpoint, yes lol :D...This program gives you a lot of easy options on how to edit your picture size/position etc.

Try it out, let me know if you need any help.

I've done it for web pages using "Dream Weaver" but dream weaver is quite expensive and you probably are not looking for something to put on web pages.

I did find 6 programs that may be what you want. One is freeware, but 5 cost but each has a full function trial for about 5 days.

Here is a link to the 6 of them. You can read about each one.

Here is the site for "Dreamweaver" there are some sites offering lower priced "bootleg" copies. Those are illegal and in copyright violation. This is Adobe/macromedia's actual site. The genuine product, plus all the upgrades and support. It is expensive. But there is a free 30 day use download, if you wnat to evaluate it or just play for 30 days.

Picture morphing can be a productive tool and can be fun. But care must be taken that it is only used for halal reasons. It is an area where it is easy to slip over into the haram.

Some practical uses are for plannining landscaping, scenery can be rearranged for visual effects and planning. A good way to help see changes in a project before making the actual changes.

LOL reduce the number of images.

A free one everybody that who already has w98 up to XP is paint. It is tricky to use. But, what you can do is copy any images put them onto it and use the transperancy background on each. A little tricky but works.

Slide one picture over the other and play with the opacity scale. Slide it to the left and the last picture you put on will become transparent. Your can also cut sections from one picture. Slide them into the other and then use the opacity to merge them.

It is quite complicated and difficult to explain. But you will need Fireworks, not dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is for making websites.

It is quite difficult, but here goes...
1. Copy a large picture.
2. Make a new document in fireworks. The size of the document should be the sames as that of the picture.
3. Paste the picture in.
4. Copy another, smaller picture, then paste it onto the fireworks document. THere should now be two layers, a bottom one with the first picture and a top one with the second.
5. Select the top layer.
6. Select the lasso tool from the toolbar, and change it from anti-alias to feather.
7. Use the lasso tool to select part of the small picture. Because you have selected the top layer only, nothing will happen to the bottom layer.
8. Go to 'select' in the top tool bar, and press 'invert selection'. This should select all of the top image except what you selected before.
9. Hit the 'delete' key. The edges of the top picture should now be blurred.
10. Save the file as a flattened PNG.

To change the amount of blurring at the edges, drag the slider up or down before you perform the lasso selection.

I don't quite understand what you are saying. There shouldn't be a white gap anywhere, just a small blurred picture on top of a bigger, non-blurred one.

There are other tools in the toolbar for that. They should be in the bitmap and vector section. You can use things like the standard brush function, as well as more complex things like the pen function (which draws real curves). Bitmap tools change an image and draw on top of it, whilst vector tools create a new object in a separate layer.
