The manners of talking to somebody.

[SUMMAYAH]

Inshallah if you keep these few points in mind when talking to somebody you will recieve a better outcome.

:) Speak loud and clearly.

:) Speak from in front of the person not behind.

:) Address the person politely and introduce yourself if needs be.

:) Use language that the person understands. Do not discuss with them matters that are beyond their interllectual capacities.

:) Be to the point, do not beat around the bush.

:) Be moderate in your speech, do not expand to such an extent that the person finds it hard to concentrate or loses interest.

:) Finish talking about one subject before you start another.

:) Do not insult anyone in your speech.

:) when the other person is talking, do not interupt.

:) When renewing a request, state it fully inspite of having mentioned it before, as the person may have forgotten.

:) On hearing news of someones illness, death, etc do not publicize it until you have confirmed the truth of the news.
