Can someone please explain to me how I can translate January 17, 2007, at 14:00 GMT in to my local time??:D

It so confusing!! I don't know what to do...:blind:

u mean u wana know wat time that is? 1400 is 2:00.

Well sis I do not know what is the time in the Lowest Heaven. So can't help you there.
