To learn how to pray Salah:

To learn how to read Qur'an:
http://www.reciter.org (click on the english word "reciter")

May Allah swt cure you and forgive you. All you need to do is sincerely repent to Allah swt and desire to come back to the truth. Allah swt says:
39:53 Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah. for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And, as Sister Aminah mentioned, you should visit your local Mosque (Masjid) and get in contact with your community.

asallama alaikum brother just by reading this i could imagine just how freaked out you must be, but don't worry as long as you follow the quran&Sunnah. As for wanting to learn arabic i suggest you to go to a nearby mosque trust me almost every mosque is bound to have arabic classes available.Brother don't call your self a hipocrite that's like the worst name to be called. Sincerely repent to Allah the most merciful & I truly hope you're forgiven for every sin you commited previously.Increase your doing of good that will surely lower your sins.Inshallah i'll try to search for some great sites for you to visit for the above mentioned things. Asallama alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu and again may allah forgive you Amen!!!
