As salaamualaykum
Allaah is the most merciful , Allaah draws near to us asking Is there anyone who is calling on Me, so I may answer his prayer? Is there anyone who is asking of Me, so I may grant his request? Is there anyone who is seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?" (Related by Muslim, Kitab al-Musafirin wa Qasruhu, 6/36)
He gives us so many opportunities to remove our sins, we should grasp these chances whenever they occur, we can never know when our soul will be taken , how many souls were with us last year but are not with us now.
Within these ten days of Dhul Hijjah springs such a chance, in which we can weigh down our good side on the scales.
May Allaah accept our deeds. Ameen.
