I doubt very much if you will have wanted to travel under the conditions I did. If you notice much of that was military related travel.
Australia was back in the mid-1960's Primaily Sydney and Melbourne. I did find the people to be very nice and both cities to be very clean and with nice parks and views. Did a few little side trips out into the country side to see some of the native wild life. Like all former tourists I wish i had stayed longer and seen more. I realy wish I had seen Perth, the Great barrier reef and more of the animal life. really kicking my self for not stopping off in New Zealand although we did stop at the Airport in ChristChurch briefly. I don't count that never got out of the airport

I did get to visit quite a few places while there. From Marrakesh to Tanja and many places in between. I like Agadir very much. First time I was there was not long after the big Eathquake in the 1950s. Last time I was in Agadir was in the 1960s. It was very well rebuilt and a very nice city then. The biggest thing there was the Sardine cannery.

Delicious and plenty of it. Of course everybody has to try the cous-cous. I never imagined how many ways it could be prepared. For a main meal with meat and vegetables as a desert with fruits and nuts. The pastry is unbelievable. Then the Sea food. Before I forget, truffles with just about everything. The fava beans. Oh yeah the chocalate sesame paste blocks sold on every corner. The sesame and honey candy.
Now I want to go back.
