Assalaamualaikum,
I was wondering that if you question certain aspects of Islam, or any religion at that, what does that say about the amount of faith you have? I mean sometimes I question why we do the things we do, even if there is a reason, but does this make me seem any less of a Muslim because I don't accept what is accepted at face value?

The only way you can learn is from asking yourself [or others, I guess] "Why?". It's what makes us grow as people.

So, if you question and choose to learn your religion, it's obviously the right move in your mind. In turn, the only way to strengthen your faith is to question it.
