Kitaab-ut-Tawheed Alladhee huwa Haqq Allah ‘alaa al-‘Abeed (the Book of Tawheed which is the Right of Allah upon His Servant)
Is that the one by Imam Abdul Wahab?

No, I think that is a different book. Muhammed ibn Abdul Wahab's is just titled " Kitaab ut Tawheed "

Na'am It's the same book By Sheikh Muhammed Ibn Abdul Wahhaab, usually most books have that extra title added..
Like you have: "Al-Qawlul Mufeed.. Fee adillat at-tawheed"
and I've noticed that the second parts seem to rhyme the first. :)
eg: 'Umdatul Ahkaam.. min kalaam khayril anaam.
.. Al-Hulal Ad-Dahabiyyah ... 'alaa at-Tuhfatus-Siniyyah.

Maasha`Allaah, I always get confused because there are many Kitab ut Tawhid books out there, like Kitab ut Tawhid of Ibn Taymiyyah and also Kitab ut tawhid of Ibn Khuzaimah.
