Just wondering about this question, if it is okay to read the Qu'ran Arabic, English or reading the transliteration of Arabic.

Yes, if you cannot read in Arabic or understand in Arabic, then you can read it in the way that you can understand, as long as you know that the transliteration might not have the exact meaning as the true Quran in Arabic.

It is highly recommended to read and understand in Arabic.
