as-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatullah:

Sometimes, being reminded now, will be of benefit later, even if one does not understand it at first!

Allah said (which means):

(And remind, for verily reminder benefits the believers) (adh-Dhariyat 51: 55)

And how many of those will reminder not benefit?

While among the traits of the people who have faith, is that they repent; Allah Most High said (which means):

(And repent to Allah, all of you, O you who believe! So that perhaps you may be successful) (an-Nur 24:31)

While reminder does not benefit those who lack faith, nor are they want to repent.

But the faithful repent, and good news is for them, since the Messenger of Allah (sall Allahu `alaihi wa sallam) said:

“The one who repents from sin, is like the one who has no sin.” (Recorded by Ibn Majah, and graded hasan in Sahih al-Jami` as-Sagheer no. 3008, and others.)

So whoever repented from a sin, he is like the one that did not sin, since our Lord forgives the sins, and He is al-Ghafoor, the Pardoning, and who among His creatures dare compete with him for that?

Except for the arrogant, the one full of pride, the one who follows in the path of Iblis, the Shaytan whose envy fueled him to become proud, and the Messenger of Allah explained the pride:

“Pride is to reject the truth, and belittle the people.” As recorded by Muslim and others.

And in the Sahih of Muslim, it is affirmed that he (sall Allahu `alaihi was sallam) explained that whoever has a mustard seed amount of pride in his heart, he will not enter Paradise! So what of the one who every time, he rejects the truth, and belittles the people?!

The Messenger (sall allahu` alaihi wa sallam) said: “All of the Muslim is haram for the Muslim, his blood, his honor, and his wealth.” Or as he said (sall Allahu `alaihi wa sallam) also recorded in the Sahih of Muslim.

It was reported from Nafi‘ who narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “Allah’s Messenger (sall allahu `alaihi was sallam) ascended the minbar and called out with a raised voice: ‘O you who accepted Islam with his tongue while faith has not reached his heart! Do not harm the Muslims, nor revile them, nor spy on them to expose their secrets. For indeed whoever tries to expose his Muslim brother’s secrets, Allah exposes his secrets wide open, even if he were in the depth of his house.’ He (N[[a°]]fi‘) said: “One day Ibn ‘Umar looked at the House – or – the Ka‘bah – and said: ‘What is it that is more honored than you and whose honor is more sacred than yours! And the believer’s honor is more sacred to Allah than yours.’”

This is the wording recorded by at-Tirmidhi, similar is recorded by Ahmad and Abu Dawud and others, and it was graded sahih in Sahih al-Jami` as-Sagheer, no. 8985, and others.

And here is Ibn ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, remarking at how the believer’s honor is more sacred to Allah than the Ka`bah.

And the Messenger of Allah (sall Allahu `alaihi wa sallam) warned those who show off and desire fame, and are harsh with the people:

“Whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him heard of, and whoever wants to be seen, Allah will show him, and whoever is harsh, Allah will be harsh with him on the Day of Judgement.” As recorded in the Sahih.

So I seek refuge in Allah from the proud, the arrogant, those who reject the truth, who belittle the people, and:

(from the evil of the envier when he envies)

As Allah said in Surat al-Falaq.

And I ask Allah to guide them to the traits of faith, and turn them away from the darkness of oppression, to turn them towards Him, so that He will accept their repentance, and that He pardon them for their errors and mine.

Was-salamu `alaykum

AsalamuALaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh Wa Maghfiratuh,

Jazakillah for that :D

Just one thing,

The Messenger (sall allahu` alaihi wa sallam) said: “All of the Muslim is haram for the Muslim, his blood, his honor, and his wealth.” Or as he said (sall Allahu `alaihi wa sallam) also recorded in the Sahih of Muslim.
I don't get it?!

Oh and also Ameen to the dua :)
