^It seems like an arabic too, derived from the verb "Khatama" which means: To end.

Khatmiyyah would be like the ending I think.

Khatme Nabuwat - means End of Prophetdom, i.e. Prophetdom ended with Muhammed (PBUH). So yup Khatmiyah means 'end' of something.
