m havin family prblms n nid help!!!!!

i nid to no abt inheritance n hw it is distributed, if 1 is alve cn he/she gve ha share to dere children (he/she meanin old parents).
al abt in heritance. if he o she has given the share is it haraam? al abt inheritance.
