my mother told me that eating black seed in small amounts is sunnah because the prophet muhammad p.b.u.h said that it can cure anything but death. so i started eating them once a day.

the main reason for this thread was that i wanted to ask what exactly are the benefits of eating blackseed alone?

I must admit that black seed and honey combo are one of my favorite blends with bergamot tea.. I purchase it from this website recommended to me by a friend
http://www.amazingherbs.com/blackseedhoney.html
I get the individually wrapped "sticks" and put them into my tea or whatever drink instead of using sugar... it is --I kid you not delicious.. if you have spent upwards of $4.00 on crappy gourmet coffee just because it tastes a little better than the usual generic stuff... this will definitely turn your head!
