Why I cant give reps anymore? I think it started like some weeks ago.... when I clicked the green box, nothing happened.... and WEIRDLY.... I can click on the red ones and lodge reports:exhausted
I am sorry for those who have been given me reputations.... and also for those who have excellent posts.. which I want to give some reps....
