SISTERS' QUR'ANIC ARABIC CLASSES (E London)

Start Date: Saturday 17th September 2005
Time: Every Saturday, 10.30 am - 12.30 pm
Venue: Jagonari Women's Centre, 183-185 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DN

The course will run for 10 weeks and will be delivered by a
qualified female teacher. The course will use the Access to
Qur'anic Arabic books by Abdul Wahid Hamid. We believe this
way of learning would provide an effective, straight to the
point means of understanding the Quran. What you go over in
class, e.g. words and grammar from the Quran, you can use in
Salah - helping you to understand the Arabic faster through
regular practice. Cost: £70.

If you are interested in attending the course please contact:

I hope sisters come to this. Right now we're working on the brother's classes, the teacher is going through the book first at the moment.

This was a mini-project me and some brothers and sisters decided to do. Make use of your free time and fight off boredom LOL This Arabic book is a different style to the Medina books and is more Quran focused. Assuming that most people want to learn Arabic to understand the Quran, and most non-Arabs are able to read and recite the Quran but not understand it, this course is ideal and like a "fast-track" to understanding Quranic Arabic.

Inshallah this is a success. The next one we're planning is like a fast track fiqh course.
