i am a person who is very keen to learn arabic. however, i want to start right at the beginning. i want to learn the arabic that they teach in schools. like from year one, to year 12, possibly even at uni level, inshallah. i know this sounds weird but i was thinking of sort of teaching my self and going at my own pace, or atleast get a study partner. i know the alpahbet, short vowels, longs vowles, etc, but now (i think) im up to learning the grammer (nahw).
so i was if anyone can give me the name of any textbooks that they studied from at school, or at least recommend me some books, that would be really good. please do not recommend me books such as the madinah ones, because i feel that they start in the middle of nowhere, and i need something that has levels to it. i also need books which have exercises and exams.

jazakallahu khair.
