Salamualikum.

Im not very eager to belive in these because i often get 'private calls' and no one can find out the number apart from if you take this further. I doubt it it's true because i got private calls and i took it further to the network manager which it resolved in a really bad manner!.

May be since u haven't used them Sis.

But i am usin Nokia and i have used them in my mobile and came to know what all stuff my mobile can do

That was cool to know some info about the mobile that u r using

there is something as locking ur mobile if it is stolen so that no one else can use it

and when taken to service center the thief is caught

Such things are very informative

I wouldn't try with my new cells which cost alot of money.. i have four cells and 6230 is the odd cell out which i don't use at all.. Don't seem to like them anymore, so i'll hit a goal at that cell when im free thoe and god knows when im free so no promise.

Yes, i know about the unlock issue alothough it's simple to call up the network and tell them your cell got stolen or lost and to unlock ur chip or cell and you just have to give your details in...

Anywho, about private number, to check out who keeps calling you on private numbers or lets say pranking ya.. i couldn't seem to find out and still haven't with dirty information.. I can't find out and i was actually held to the network Manager and he told me this will be taken forward for a so called 'Court' and i said hell no im not taking just someone pranking me on private number to court and make a big fuss i don't have time for this... So when i asked the manager to just find out on my details he said we don't have the authority to do such a thing like that it would be held in court and i said nope so i gave up... with all that rubbish dirty talk i just had to block private calls from my cell which i took to the mobile shop i bought it from.

What a hassle!!

I don't get any private numbers apart from overseas calls since in India all mobile networks are under same kinda rules so they don't allow private numbers and there may be some exceptional cases

but i am not much aware of it

The more the technology grows the more issues and hazards we get

Invention is directly proportional to new harms to human life.

If not we wouldn't be having so many medicines and diseases

These are 2 very helpful shortcuts I came across

1. To transfer some amount to another mobile number.
*100*050mobilenumber*money you want to transfer#

eg. *100*0507622598*5# will transfer AED 5 to mobile Number 0507622598

2. When u dont have credit even to give a misscall it will send a message to the number mentioned

*188*050mobilenumber#
e.g. *188*0507688598#

I really don't think there is much difference and anyhow i don't have a sony ericsson

the technology for 810i is advanced

here are some difference b/w them

w810 is a quad band edge phone while w800 is just a gprs phone, however, if you like playing 3d games on your phone, dont get w810, its got only 20mb of internal memory and more complex 3d java games require more than that just to start. w800´s got 34 mb of internal memory. Im talking abou the int mem and not the memory stick, games cannot be played from the memory stick, they have to be transfered to the int mem.

The cosed available are effective on older versions of nokia models.

For example *#0000# in versions of nokia use to display the version number but the new versions don't support it.

The reason is all those codes would work for some members .
