He, himeself has said in many of his interviews that his songs are NOT 'nasheeds' and he does not class himself as a 'nasheed' singer'. Rather his audio is just 'meaningful music' although some of his songs may sound 'nasheedish' :-\ if theres such word lol

Nasheed is a Islamic oriented song only by vocals and maybe Duff (duff is arguable)

thank you, I thought nasheed was any song (that it meant a song in general) unless preceded by word "Islamic" i.s Islamic anasheed.

I just looked at wikipedia which agrees with you. wasalam
