I couldn't find anything on the net so this is from my own knowledge..Inshallah i'll try and find something but please forgive me if there i have said something worng

There are some differences in Khutbah methods according to Madhabs i think

For example the Hanafi Madhab only allow the Khutbah to be deliverd in Arabic and the Khateeb does not say 'Assalamu Alaykum Wr/Wb' before the Khutbah, which is different from other Madhabs.

After Adhan the Imam should start by prasing Allah and sending Salams unto the Prophet s.a.w..then he should recite an ayah and hadith related to the topic. Then he sould go on to talk to the congregation and finish the first part of the Khutbah by reciting a hadith and an ayah from the Quran

After the first Khutbah the Imam should sit down for a short while

The second khutbah should start with praise to Allah, followed by salams upon the Prophet s.a.w, his family, his companions and unto their followers

The Imam should then also read duas from the Quran and Sunnah

Allahu A'lam
